I have followed this lady for over 10 years now and have never found fault in her logic or anything she speaks or writes about. I consider her my go to authority on all matters Constitutional. There are others out there but she is my favorite because of her detail in explanations. Even a deplorable dirt dwelling troglodyte like me can understand it. Her website is filled with all manner of things relating to our Constitution. She does an outstanding amount of research on each and every subject matter. I would encourage everyone to at least give her website a cursory look see.

Thank you for this. I was confused as to why so many call for a convention of states while others were adamantly against. I now understand why this cannot happen. Thanks for posting.
I believe that TPTB are secretly itching for a Con-Con. It is not what is added to the Constitution, but what could be taken away.

Right
There isn’t a damn thing wrong with the existing document other than the fact that those in power ignore it. A Constitutional Convention won’t make them obey it but it WOULD be subverted and corrupted allowing the criminals in power to rewrite it to suit their agenda.
