The singer mispoke. We do not now, and hopefully never will, have a democracy. (Communism). We have a representative republic. There is no -we the people- component in a democracy. Example- “rule of law” “democracy” foisted upon Afghanistan.
so only use correct terminology- Rule of CONSTITUTIONAL Law, Representative Republic.
