John Kerry is a paper tiger who should just shut up and go away. They trot him out to stir the pot every month or so.
He is based at the US State Dept (not the White House) in a fake office that he never inhabits without even a secretary. He has a phone number with a voicemail box that fills up fast -- because we the people are calling him out all the time.
I got this info by calling the Dept of State and wandering around their phone system and chatting with administrative folks. I red pilled a few along the way. They were all quite pleasant and blissfully unaware that we are deathly sick of Victoria Nuland and all things DC.
