Judge Jeanine Pirro – Opening Statement – June 11, 2016 – Hillary Clinton

The first thing I would like to say is, I wish every one would stop referring to Obama as “President Obama”. He is not and never has been a constitutionally legal president because no matter what all of the Harvard or other Law School shyster lawyers have to say to the opposite, Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. I don’t care if he was born in Hawaii, since his father of record, was a Kenyan, and since his adoptive father was a citizen of Indonesia, Obama is not and cannot be a natural born citizen. To be a natural born citizen, requires BOTH parents to be citizens of the United States at the time of the candidates birth. If only ONE parent is a citizen, that only makes the offspring a citizen. A U.S. citizen and a U.S. natural born citizen are NOT the same thing.

Having stated that, I have a slight bone to pick with Judge Jeanie Pirro, whom I have a lot of respect for. Ms.Pirro stated at the end of the video, the following: “BUT THEN YOU SAY, ‘JUDGE, HOW CAN THE FIX BE IN, IF AS YOU SAY, FBI DIRECTOR COMEY IS SUCH AN HONORABLE GUY?’ I SAY IT BECAUSE THERE WOULD BE A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS IN THIS COUNTRY IF AN INDICTMENT WHERE TO HAPPEN, AND JIM COMEY, AS ETHICAL AS HE IS, RESPECTS THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TOO MUCH TO LET THAT HAPPEN.”

Pardon me Ms. Pirro, but what exactly do you think is going to happen in this country if Hillary is NOT indicted and is allowed to waltz off scott free, just as she and her husband have been doing with every crime they have committed for years, especially if she is elected and becomes president? Also, maybe you and the rest of America have failed to notice, but the United States has been in a Constitutional Crisis from the moment the fraud occupying the White House, was unconstitutionally and illegally sworn in as president in 2008. If this does not start a full blown civil war or revolution, I will be surprised.

If Jim Comey is as ethical as we all believe, and if he loves and respects the United States as you believe, he would do everything in his power to see to it that an indictment IS handed down, and that it is done before election day, and let the chips fall where they may. If not, then Comey should and MUST resign immediately and let WE the PEOPLE take control of this mess. This corruption, lawlessness, immorality and unethical behavior in OUR government MUST BE BROUGHT TO AN END!
