Just Keep Voting for Insanity

Most of us know the following definition by Albert Einstein:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. 

Glenn Beck used this as an analogy in his book “Common Sense” as a justification for a third party. His point was that we keep voting for the other party to fix the country’s problems. This logic was justified in 2010 when the Republican Party retook the US House and the NC General Assembly. An example of how the GOP is living up to their election promises is shown below.

GOP House Leadership

On Friday, 92 Republicans, including House Majority Leader Eric Cantor and House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy, joined all of the Democrats to defeat an amendment offered up by Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn to ensure the GOP lived up to its “$100 billion in cuts” pledge.
