Kremlin Reacts To Doomsday Clock Moving Closer To Midnight

The Kremlin has weighed in on The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists moving the Doomsday Clock closer to midnight.

The Russian government on Wednesday called it “really alarming” – with Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirming that de-escalation does not at all seem to be on the horizon, and that the question of ceasefire talks is a thing of the past.

“On the whole, the situation is really alarming,” Peskov said, explaining that at this point nations must be “particularly attentive, vigilant and responsive” – and willing to take appropriate measures to reduce risk of nuclear war.

With the US and Germany on Wednesday confirming that they are sending heavy battle tanks in a fresh major escalation which a mere months ago had not been a realistic consideration, journalist Glenn Greenwald has pointed out that we are in a situation of “more escalation” and “less debate”.

He poses the question of the US public broadly – “The key question remains: how are the lives of Americans improved from this war?”

I have had many questions about my fallout shelter in this last year or so directed at me. Some even from Amish friends. It’s probably a little late in the game but at least it is better than the mockery I typically get over it. My grandsons brother in law is a recently retired cia/fbi guy and he just built himself a brand new shelter out in northern California last November. I wonder what he knows that we don’t? He invested in an off grid solar system too. My grandson says he won’t even talk about it but he continually tries to talk my grandson and his wife into moving out there with him.

The Kremlins response to the US sending equipment armed with uranium-core armor-piercing projectiles, the use of which leads to radioactive contamination of the area, like what happened in Yugoslavia and Iraq.

If such shells are delivered to Kyiv, we will consider this as the use of dirty nuclear bombs against Russia, with all the ensuing consequences.”

We have lunatic children running the world that can’t wait to kill all of us off.

Those in the USA who have illegally usurped power are determined to destroy this nation. I have been aware of this for a number of years -- yet it all seems completely insane -- yet they prove it day after day after day by their actions! An incredible time to be alive.

Food for thought. Unlike our leaders, the Russians aren’t stupid or crazy!
I suspect rather than nuking cities, we can expect a counter force strike and or an EMP, the Russians don’t want to contaminate the environment any more than necessary! I also think nuking Ukraine would create unwanted fall out for Russia, why not just hit Washington or EMP NATO! They however have a dooms day weapon they will use, if some how we prevail! We are not going to win this one! I am more worried about hungry city folk!

The Russians are preparing shelters for their citizens, how about our government? The Russians are upgrading shelters in apartment buildings and malls. They’re stocking them with supplies. They also recently added anti missile systems to roof tops in Moscow. Moscow already had a robust air defense system in place. Where’s ours?
