Law and Disorder

The state of our country can be defined by this simple fact:

Someone can be convicted of murder and sentenced to jail even though the “murdered” man’s death certificate states he died of a drug overdose.

Since there is no longer any law in the land for the conservatives, The Christians, etc., maybe it’s time for the people to take the law into to their own hands and begin the purge of the democratic monsters in the entire system.

NC is one of five states where you can be convicted by the testimony of a single witness. And that witness will, more than likely, be sworn in on a bible, where Deuteronomy 19:15 completely contradicts such judgements.

There currently is no law justice, it is whatever they say it is, just look to the prisoners of war #FreeJeremyBrown and the rest of the political prisoners. We now live in a nationwide gulag with a terrorist enforcement agency doing there dirty work AKA the fbi. If they attempt to detain or arrest me, I will take that as a threat to my life and act accordingly.

Where is Derek Chauvin’s Petition for Retrial--given the exculpatory evidence available today?

Could Derek Chauvin make a case for an 8th amendment violation? Being falsely accused and put in prison where he was attacked and stabbed. I would call that cruel and unusual punishment!

I personally know Mike Freeman, Hennepin County attorney, during the George Floyd riots, he is a partisan low credibility hack.
No justice was served, He immediately called Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson into town to “help”. That was his words. What do you think happened when they arrived?

Reading a few of the posts above and below this one in the timeline I’m struck by the same thought: We are in a post-judicial stage of our society.
Laws protect the criminals, not the victims
Police protect the criminals, not the victims
Courts serve the criminals, not the victims
Politicians… I could go on, you get the idea.

One of the sources of frustration our side is experiencing is we continue to expect the old systems to work as they used to (see: voting).
Until we accept that the old system is broken and cannot be worked within, we will continue to be frustrated and our causes stopped. We need to develop and use new tactics to succeed within a broken system. Our tactics are based on a functional system where laws are upheld as written, activist judges and DA’s do not get to decide which laws they want enforced and which one’s they don’t…. all the rampant crime in the city is blatantly illegal, but the laws are not enforced, on the criminals. Go ahead, Mr. Concealed Carry Lifetime Permit holder, stop an old woman from getting mugged, and then tell me about “Justice”.

We must develop new methods and tactics to operate in a system where laws are not enforced as written, rather are written to enforce law.
This inversion IS biblical, it IS the work of Satan, that’s why it’s all specifically inverted, and not just generally ‘fucked up’.
