Was this a “test” or was it a demonstration of capabilities which was accompanied by actual damage to structures/facilities on the ground ?
Obviously, the exact tine, location of the camera, its direction and elevation would allow some calculations as to the possible surface location of the laser “strikes”. That might help put this video into context by pointing out damages that could be linked to the blasts from space.
Smart guys might be able to trace such blasts to a known satellite….. Who put it up there ?

My best guess is a US weapon but that makes no sense. A more “logical” explanation is that China is punishing Biden for not following directions from the CCP. Any explanation without facts is meaningless. We have two facts at present: the DEW exists and it is ineffective against blue.
absolutely correct, anything of the color blue in that light spectrum was not incinerated or touched at the even in Hawaii. “Up there” all three major powers have DEW’s and have for a while. My guess is that all of them have them up there. We only pretend that space is spared the aggression of the powers. Look into some of the projects during the “Star Wars” era, you’ll be unpleasantly surprised. That was 40 years ago.
