Yep. The lawyer’s said this would happen. They OVER charged him and now he can use that to beat the case. Yes though, riots are already happening I am sure. They will hide the truth anyway possible from the news!

In every real criminal investigation, the goal is to take out the responsible parties. The “shot callers”. Chauvin did as he was trained by management, and as he was ordered by management. I don’t see any of the responsible parties on trial? The Captain, theChief, the Mayor, or the Governor? All those directly responsible for intentionally NOT training the cops to LE minimum industry standards. Oh, and with a bar hammer, the controlling LE knee usually ends up on the detainees shoulder. If you put your knee on the neck, you lose control of the arms. Since Floyds arms were controlled, that indicates a knee on the shoulder…

“Overcharging”, just like the Rodney King case in LA. A few of the piggies could have been charged with Aggravated Assault for Kicking and Punching him after he was Down. Easy Convictions.
Murder, or even attempted Murder, won’t fly with a Jury in this type of case, where the arrested individual is Whacked Out on Drugs and Violently Resisting.

But given that the (((government))) interest here is furthering Racial Division through the ignorant being Incited to Riot, Riots will be what happens.
