Has anyone seen the “Rules of Engagement” which state the circumstances when live fire ( kinetics ) are authorized ??

I suspect the 60 ft buffer is just like any local easement for roads and ditches

It is a 60 foot buffer established by Teddy Roosevelt to stop smugglers.

My opinion but citizens on the border (anywhere) should have full “military grade weapons of any desired type made available at no cost to recipient for establishing such a barrier “ aka free fire zone
