As I recall Pastor Jonas Clarke and about 70 men from his congregation stood their ground to meet Gen Paige and his army coming to “disarm” the people. Hence the III% -- dedication and commitment. The pistol brace interpretation was always flimsy. It is what happens when the original law, the NFA and all the rest, are unjust and unconstitutional and were not properly removed by the “process”. That should be the first sign something is broken.
We are left playing games with legal precedent, interpretations, and the whims of executive bureaucrats.
Pistol braces are just poor buttstocks applied to short-barrels to end-run the SBR tax stamp. Pretending otherwise is a weak argument. Not just because most people indeed shoulder those things, but because it accepts their premise that the obligation is on us to establish the “legality” of an accessory to “congress shall pass no law”.
The braces were “allowed” under just as dubious circumstances as them now being banned.
While this reversion of interpretation indeed gives more ground to the already unlawful and unconstitutional federal administrative fiat but doesn’t change much relative to the situation.
They have long relied upon these various interpretations and executive actions and defacto agency powers to make enemies out of whoever they choose and/or to collect fees, information, and compel people to choose submission and compliance for their income and safety.
Look at “covid”. County rat inspectors became agents of the crown overnight, liquidating people’s livelihoods and access to the “free market”.
The whole of the IRS and for that matter the weaponized FBI/DOJ “questioning-“indictment” racket exists on this very same model and has for a long time.
Meanwhile the border is wide open, and the public treasure goes to Ukraine and various other globohomo scams while DHS has no money to prosecute their mission but enough to make PSA’s bout how White Men are the greatest threat to “our democracy”.
It is plainly clear that conspiracy/collusion/cabal or not, the fedgov and all its wicked tendrils are completely out of control. Whatever you want to call ‘conservativism’ for the last 70 years it should also be clear that there is approximately zero effective representation in this behemoth that reflects the hearts and wills of heritage Americans.
If there are representatives, men who wish to serve in the sewer of politik, God bless them but guide them home to their cities, counties, and states where they can best serve the People in separating from this wickedness.
The question is not -- what you are willing to do when “they” come to your door? Rather, what are you willing to do when they come to your neighbors door? Look at Boston when they locked down an entire city of sheep in their quest for two supervillain brothers….not one neighborhood stood up to that tyranny -- We no longer have the luxury of hindsight. Our enemy is cutting off our supply lines, jailing their political adversaries, disarming the population. Shoveling propaganda and silencing independent media. They have introduced biological warfare, we are in the elementary stage of a genocide. Entire youtub channels have been created -daily death report-. By 2030 you will own nothing, nothing! That’s if you are still alive. 7 years and it will be complete. Not started, Completed. They are at war, we are wandering aimlessly in our corrals waiting our turn under the shear.
At some point, we should just stop paying attention to what they do in DC. At some point we just need to begin ignoring them. They have no legal or moral authority over us. Power? Yes. Goons? Yes. But we are men and it’s time to just put on our big boy pants and tell them to go to hell. Then focus on our own folk. Many of you are Christian. Are you not told to be set apart? Maybe it’s time to practice that.

You suffer from anxiety. There’s no point in denying it. You are not valued for who you are under the global capitalist construct; only for how much economic output you can generate. You are kept in constant fear of losing livelihood, home, family and freedom; though despite what you’re taught to believe you actually have fewer options now than through most of history.
The system in which you live is structured to perpetuate this state. It feeds you bad food; overstimulates you; corrals you into dangerous cities; keeps the constant threats of war, plague, extinction just enough on the edge of your consciousness to sustain a lukewarm loyalty in the masses around you.
How do you expect to fight this system without actively practicing serenity? At some point you need to trust the sun to rise, the wheel of heaven to turn without your supervision.
