I saw a video of the same event, but from a better angle. They couldn’t even keep Joe on the red carpet. He kept straying off. Shame on the government in DC.

I’ve seen robots with a more lifelike expression and gait than this this clown. He’s so stiff and animated, likely because he has absolutely no idea what’s going on.
