In the CW2 novel I am writing, half of the cops walk off when they see the tyrannic turn the dot gov is taking, and those are promptly replaced by Central American gang-bangers who are willing to do anything at all. Of course, this is a mechanism for the gangs to take over the city governments.

The man on the right (I didn’t catch his name) better get to a doctor. His color doesn’t look right. Kind of a gray tint to him. Last couple of guys I knew with that color had heart/circulation trouble. Please get it checked.
