Conservative Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) confirmed Tuesday he introduced a resolution to oust House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) from his leadership post — the latest in a series of attempts by conservatives to strip the gavel from the longtime leader.
But because the so-called “motion to vacate the chair” is not “privileged,” leadership aides said, it will be immediately referred to the Rules Committee, where Chairman Pete Sessions (R-Texas), a close Boehner ally, could simply ignore it indefinitely.
Sessions, swarmed by reporters in the Speaker’s lobby, said he hadn’t even read the resolution language yet and didn’t know whether he would take it up in his committee.
ousted, his constituents should recall him,
Mark is a good man. We don’t always agree but the mutual respect is always there. We here in the 11th Congressional District like Mark a lot as a person. Yet, we question the overall efficacy of the GOP as the “opposition” party that we the people elected. We may have to start over on this effort.
Pray a lot, my fellow North Carolinians -- we need Supernatural help.
At least one person is standing up to remove the Pedophile from the speakers position. nothing makes sense for them to be doing the things they are doing unless they are working directly for the evil democratic party and the head sodomite in the house of sodomy. They have something big on Boehner or Boner or what ever the slugs name is but i truly believe he is a little boy lover like Bill Clinton and the rest of the evil pigs in the both house as well as the judiciary are, a place full of pedophiles, sodomites, Lesbians.
That sniveling fool, Boehner, needs to go. Perhaps being replaced by Gowdy would be a good start.
