Someone needs to investigate why a condo would collapse like that there’s seems like a lack of fasteners and supports. If you compare this other tornado damaged residental structure this is hard to understand. This is why we have building codes. Those like me that gripe about dealing with these codes must wonder if this structure was inspected and passed. What about other condo ownerss in this complex… what can the builder do to ensure this doesn’t happen to an occupied unit. I would think that building inspectors need to shut down this project and report to the public what went wrong. This shouldn’t have happened if all the bracing wasproperly done. I think looking at the video the nailing patterns and nail sizes were inadequate. The sheathing came off like paper.
