I own a nurse based company in several states. I will not mandate the vaccine. My nurses are intelligent and do their research. If they make the choice to get the vaccine or not, it is up to them. We are adults.

NM Gov Lujan-Grisham Tuesday announced MANDATORY vaccinations for ALL health care and hospital workers in 10 days from 8/17/21. T-8 days and counting!! 
Yet no national coverage that I can dig up….WTH?
