The upcoming retirement of National Security Agency Director Gen. Keith Alexander will give President Obama an opportunity to transform the agency.

Reuters also reported that Chris Inglis, the NSA deputy director, is expected to step down by the end of the year.

Alexander is also the head of U.S. Cyber Command, a team of military hackers that trains for offensive cyberattacks and protects U.S. computer systems.

Obama: Yo, NSA dude. I need all of the information you have on Ted Cruz, emails, phone calls, etc.
NSA appointee: You’ve got it your highness, oops I mean Mr president.
Obama: Yes, and I’ve got 25 staffers wading through it right now. Do you have anything good on him?
NSA appointee: Like sex, drugs, things like that?
Obama: Yes, like that.
NSA appointee: Sorry, but he’s clean.
Obama: No one is clean.
NSA appointee: Whatever your highness.
