Today’s ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia that Obama’s health care law is constitutional is another nail in the coffin of our country. The Constitution is clear on the boundaries imposed on the federal government in Article I, Section 8. The Federalist Papers clarify the “general welfare” excuse used by the Socialists who have bankrupted this country. Our judiciary has become “the germ of dissolution of our federal government” as predicted:
The germ of dissolution of our federal government is in the constitution of the federal judiciary; an irresponsible body, (for impeachment is scarcely a scare-crow) working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief, over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall be usurped from the States, and the government of all be consolidated into one.

As stated above, this legislation is called “Obamacare” which shows that Congress has been usurped by the executive branch also. This is no longer a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Although our nation is grounded on great, moral principles, the government is Washington can only be classified as evil.
