The world learns from its mistakes and the lessons learned from this pandemic (long overdue classification) will be no exception. Universities are closing down and putting their class lectures online. If a class is online, this allows more people to take the class and reduce the university’s overhead.

As an example:

A class at Harvard (which has shut down) is roughly $4500. Imagine if the same class is offered online. Tests could be done at local community colleges and this ivy league class is now available for a fraction of its “normal” price to thousands. The only negative: the high price of college tuition is exposed. Laboratory classes can be done at community colleges or at regular universities.

The lesson learned: we can educate our children without enslaving them to college debt. The cost becomes reasonable, our country has a more educated work force AND our children are not indoctrinated.
