Either Trump does “something” about the judges running wild or he accomplishes nothing. I have no idea what “something” is.
Yes. The judiciary has become extraordinarily corrupt and must be excised.
Folks -- -- Trump is not the one who needs to act to stop libtard federal judges…. He actually has little control since the courts are a separate branch of government.
That duty falls solely upon CONGRESS-SWINES… all 435 of them.
They write the laws that federal courts have to follow. Some laws can be re-written to limit jurisdiction of federal courts. For example, legislation could state: “Persons who have entered this country illegally, or who entered lawfully, but then violated the terms of their entry visa, may not appear as Plaintiffs or Petitioners in any civil court action.”
This simple sentence would keep these immigration cases from ever appearing before the courts. It shuts the court from having the authority to even consider the case.
Also, the “word on the street” would swiftly inform those who enter that nobody is rescuing them when they violated our immigration laws. It would stop the practice of visa-stayover immigrants who are most likely working off the books anyway.
