This is Jessica Dos Santos – one of the hardest working, dedicated volunteers on Staten Island. She was one of the last to speak that night at the Town Hall Meeting at New Dorp (about 4 hours after the meeting started). Jessica has worked non-stop helping people since the storm hit – she has organized over 1,000 volunteers through facebook to do the work that needs to be done and now may be one of the volunteers facing a shut down by the city.
