Here’s The Document The White House, Barr Are Using To Push Gun Control On Republicans

The White House and Department of Justice (DOJ) have met with multiple Republican senators and congressmen to shop legislation on expanding background checks consistent with the Manchin-Toomey bill, sources familiar with the effort told the Daily Caller.

One source familiar with the meetings said that Barr pitched the legislation by warning that a lack of action could electrify the Democratic base prior to the 2020 election. Barr also did not consider the background check legislation a gun control measure, instead painting it as a tool to assist law enforcement in cracking down on gun smugglers, the source explained.

The above simulation would be a solution to climate change that some people would welcome. I have no doubt that we would already be in WW III if Hillary had won the election. The restraint shown by Trump is challenged by some but I believe he is willing to negotiate from a position of power rather than send our sons and daughters to war. Keep in mind that this simulation is based on weapons that we know exist. Throw in hypersonic drones and EMP torpedoes for tsunamis to have the complete destruction of one of the two sides.

Then again:

The last crisis started in money markets.  Add that to the ongoing WTF-happened questions about the Saudi bombings, and there seems to be a curious sense of false calm in markets.  No vol, no concern, and gold hardly moving.  I can’t help but think of ducks; serenely floating upstream while their legs are furiously paddling below the surface.  Something is happening, and we don’t know what it is.

We may be mushrooms with little ability to impact our overseers but we should be sapient and prepare.

War Drums

The new face of war: cyber attacks, drones and robots. At least President Trump is showing restraint and requiring proof before starting another war for profit. On the other hand, the appeasement of Iran by the West is setting up another repeat of history as the lead up to World War II has many parallels.

Sam Culper: Forward Observer Dispatch

Forward Observer Dispatch
Bottom Line Up Front: Local intelligence helps solve national- and
global-level SHTF problems.

By now, you should have heard about the drone attack on Saudi oil
infrastructure. As of late Sunday night, it’s sending oil futures higher.  The U.S.
Government is officially blaming Iran. No word yet on what happens next
(i.e., expansion of operations/war).

Last week, we were reeling from threats of gun confiscation from Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke.

This week, it’s an oil shock.

Next week, I’m sure it will be something else.

Here’s the deal: we’re absolutely INUNDATED with bad news and events that
carry some serious SHTF potential.

One way to cut through all that is simply to develop local intelligence to get
prepared for ANY event.

If we can determine the localized effects of these events, then we can get serious
about preparedness.

My best advice:

1. Don’t get wound around the axle of EMP, economic collapse, World War III, or Civil War 2.

2. Build your local Area Study. Understand the fault lines and vulnerabilities
you’ll face regardless of a potentially catastrophic event.

3. Prepare specifically for the second- and third-order (and follow-on) effects of a catastrophic event.

If the world stopped — no power, no cell reception, no internet, no
nothing — what information would you need in order to make
decisions about what to do next?

That’s a problem that the Area Study can solve (and it can do a whole lot more).

If you haven’t already, go sign up for the absolutely free Area Study Email
Course: https://forwardobserver.com/area-study-ecourse/

It’ll give you a head start on preparing for what’s ahead… whatever it is.

Always Out Front,
Samuel Culper

PS. Next month, we’re teaching another online course called Area Study Live. In
this course, you’ll meet with Charley Hogwood and me online and get expert
instruction in how to build your Area Study. It’s step by step, from the ground up, and certainly the quickest and best way to get your Area Study built.
Area Study Live starts in October. There are slots left and we WILL run
out. Here are the details.

Trump Administration Considering Social Credit Score System To Determine Who Can Buy A Gun

The Trump administration is considering launching a social credit score-style system in coordination with Big Tech that would use spy data collected from Amazon, Google and Apple devices to determine whether or not an individual can own a gun.

“The proposal is part of an initiative to create a Health Advanced Research Projects Agency (HARPA), which would be located inside the Health and Human Services Department,” reports the Daily Caller. “The new agency would have a separate budget and the president would be responsible for appointing its director.”

HARPA would employ “breakthrough technologies with high specificity and sensitivity for early diagnosis of neuropsychiatric violence,” including Apple Watches, Amazon Echo and Google Home.

In other words, data collected from devices that spy on private conversations and closely monitor user behavior would be used to strip Americans of their fundamental rights.

“Though the proposal is starting as a voluntary data collection scheme allegedly aimed at finding warning signs of mental illness, we all know so-called “voluntary” government programs often become mandatory at the drop of a hat,” comments Chris Menahan.

According to the Washington Post, Trump has reacted “very positively” to the idea.

The full scope of the program is chilling and would provide Big Tech with an easy excuse to formally impose the total neuro-surveillance of citizens via their smart phone and home assistant devices, something that has already been occurring surreptitiously for years.

One wonders if Trump has any idea of the slippery slope this would entail, or whether he was sold on the idea because Ivanka cried.

The proposal bears some similarities to Communist China’s social credit score system, where citizens’ behavior is tightly surveilled and then met with rewards or punishments.

As we reported last month, the Chinese government bragged about preventing 2.5 million “discredited entities” from purchasing plane tickets and 90,000 people from buying high speed train tickets in the month of July alone.

EDITOR’S NOTE:  It’s good to see that Infowars is finally acknowledging the possibility that Trump is NOT a champion of the liberty movement and that his motives might need to be questioned.  Is it too late for the Trump cheerleader liberty outlets to detach themselves from his administration before the elites crash the system on their heads and blame ALL conservatives for the consequences?  I’m not sure, but I have been warning people since before the 2016 election about Trump and his potential as a globalist puppet.  With the passage of red flag gun laws, I suspect only the most insane Q-cultists will try to rationalize Trump’s behavior.  I hope that the result will be a more independent liberty movement once again…
