How can $1.9 billion be misplaced? And more importantly, where will the funds go now that it has been found? This is the simple answer: any money that has been recovered by DOGE should be applied to the national debt. The corollary to this solution is that it will not be legal to operate the federal government with a deficit.
If tariffs and a VAT tax are collected this year along with a reduced federal income tax, this will account for an excess which can also be applied to the deficit. However, I believe President Trump has other plans to address the deficit but we have to cut off the money used to fund our destruction by the Deep State.
