The letter

California Senator Diane Feinstein has a letter, presumably from Mrs. Christine Blasley Ford, which we must suppose delineates inappropriate behavior on the part of SCOTUS nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Since Mrs. Feinstein guards the letter like it was her life savings, there is nothing left but speculation to guide us as to its actual content.

Having coached teenage boys in high school baseball, I saw a great deal of interaction between them and high school girls. Some of the boys were no doubt sexually active; just as certain, all wanted to be. Hormones tend to dictate the desire to mate with the opposite sex; we won’t discuss the desire to mate with the same sex in this missive. The point is, and no doubt has been since the cave men, that teenage boys want to have sex with teenage girls; often the desire is mutual.

Now turning to the letter Mrs. Feinstein claims makes all the specific accusations. Without actually reading the letter, we are left to suppose what it might in point of fact delineate as pertains to details. And details of a sexual encounter are the important factors to consider. In considering the possible contents of the letter, I am left wondering who invited who into the bedroom to engage in the sexual encounter. Since it is safe to presume that Judge Kavanaugh didn’t drag Ms. Blasley through a room full of partying kids, it is intuitive that the event started as a desire to have consensual (with the willing agreement of the parties involved) sex.

Since Mrs. Beasley Ford now claims some lingering deep seated trauma effect from the encounter, obviously either he or she, presuming the event occurred, changed his or her mind. Perhaps she feared becoming pregnant and changed her mind. Perhaps he was unprepared by failing to have a condom, feared that she would become pregnant and changed his mind thereby making her feel rejected. We don’t know!

What common sense should tell each of us that doesn’t possess an agenda in this debate and would only like to know the truth is that the letter contains something Mrs. Feinstein doesn’t want the members of the Judiciary Committee and the public at large to see and evaluate. In a judicial process, hiding exculpatory evidence taints the process and makes the person hiding the evidence guilty of conspiracy.

The Brady Rule, Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963), requires prosecutors to disclose materially exculpatory evidence. Brady material or evidence includes any evidence favorable to the accused—evidence that goes towards negating a defendant’s guilt, that would reduce a defendant’s potential sentence, or evidence going to the credibility of a witness. Anyone who thinks Judge Kavanaugh isn’t on trial just doesn’t understand the process which the Democrats are using to derail his nomination.

When this dog and pony show is concluded, we will probably know just about as much about this incident or non-incident as we do now. People who want Kavanaugh’s nomination derailed will be happy or sad depending on whether he is or isn’t confirmed. People who think this is nothing more than a final unbelievable Hail Mary effort to derail the process will be unpersuaded to the contrary.

What any thinking individual can glean from this circus is that the entire process smells like a fish market which ran out of ice two days prior to our visit.

Helpful Resources for Intelligence & Emergency Preparedness

Image result for forward observer symbol

Forward Observer is entering into its 5th year of blogging, instruction, and reporting on intelligence and security.

Whether you’ve read our intelligence reports (or you’re interested in reading our regional intelligence summaries), taken our courses, or learned more through our Forward Observer Daily blog posts, I’d like to thank you for being a part of this mission.

Maybe you’re new to intelligence for preparedness and security and want to get started.

Maybe you’ve been following us for years and want to further develop your knowledge and skills.

Or maybe you just want an entire list of my best material to study.

Regardless of where you are, here’s my all-encompassing list of free study materials I’ve written in the past four-plus years through Forward Observer.

(You can access/bookmark this page here.)

Getting Started

First, I have a five-day series that pretty well covers the basics of intelligence operations for community security. I recommend that you print these articles off and keep them in a study binder. (If you’d like to get these articles by email, you can sign up for the email series here.)

Day 01 – Shifting Landscapes & the OODA Loop
Day 02 – Intelligence in the context of community security
Day 03 – Intelligence Collection & Analysis

The Area Study

I highly recommend that you build an Area Study. Whether you’re preparing for the effects of a hurricane, a prolonged power outage or grid-down event, or something worse, building an Area Study is going to give you an incredible advantage in navigating those complex environments. Here are several resources:

How to build an Area Study for community security

How to use the U.S. Energy Mapping System

How to get local flood plain maps

Why the Human Terrain matters for emergency preparedness

ACE & Gear List

Next, I’d recommend thinking about your local needs and how to build an intelligence section to deal with a protracted emergency. Here’s a list of resources to get you started with getting your ACE in gear.

The Ultimate ACE Startup Guide

Building an Intelligence Section for community security

The ACE and the Intelligence Cycle

A primer on tactical intelligence collection

Four types of intelligence gathering for community security

REVIEW: Uniden Home Patrol II

Continuing Education

There are several articles I can recommend for delving deeper into intelligence. I wouldn’t consider a ‘basic education’ on complete without understanding these concepts.

Tactical, Operational, and Strategic Intelligence

Building Blocks of Intelligence: SALT and SALUTE reporting

Intelligence Officer’s Bookshelf

How to build a Mission Essential Task List

If you study these articles, you’re going to come away with a very good understanding of some intelligence basics. It will certainly be enough to get you started.

If you want to continue your study, there are two options…

First, if you’d like to take advantage of our online training and sharpen your knowledge and skills via lectures and e-courses, you can sign up here.

Second, if you want to attend one of our physical training courses, you can sign up to receive more information here.

Lastly, I’ll be adding to this list of resources in the future. I’ll be sure to share major updates with everyone via our email list.

Let it Burn?

There’s nothing left to fight for and we not only let it happen we still, to this minute of this day refuse to get off our ass and put a stop to it.  One man writing a blog won’t do a damn thing nor will one person playing “nutjob”; 10 or 100 million getting off their ass and demanding a stop to all of it now would, but the fact is that nobody cares.

Proof That Obama Is a Fool

Image result for obama megalomaniac

Consider the following:

  1. Hillary Clinton sold our national security to Russia by giving them 20% of our uranium.
  2. Bill Clinton was paid exorbitant speaking fees by Russia for political considerations.
  3. The above two facts would allow Russia to blackmail a Hillary Clinton presidency.

Conclusion by Obama:

The FBI’s assessment is in stark contrast to the official intelligence assessment from the Obama administration released on January 6, 2017 which declared: “We also assess Putin and the Russian Government aspired to help President-elect Trump’s election chances when possible by discrediting Secretary Clinton and publicly contrasting her unfavorably to him.”

Conclusion by sentient people:

Obama cannot discern reality from his megalomaniac tendencies.

Ask Yourself

Image result for deep state

  1. Is the presumption of innocence until proven guilty a basic tenet in our country?
  2. Is there a two-tiered justice system in our country?
  3. Has the Congress become irrelevant as individual citizens dictate conditions for attending a hearing in the Senate and the justice/law agencies under the executive branch will not provide information for oversight?
  4. Do individuals such as George Soros, large foundations such as the Clinton Foundation and big business interests control the government through bribes and intimidation?
  5. Does the media dictate the news or report the news?
  6. Has the federal government (DOJ/FBI/intelligence agencies) blackmailed individuals through federal charges in order for them to “sing” or “compose” to remain free?
  7. Has the federal government secured our border?
  8. How is it possible to have an opioid addiction problem that is prescription based in our country?
  9. Are laws passed to protect us from criminals or to make us criminals to be controlled?
  10. Has there been a successful soft coup of the federal government by the Deep State?

Now ask yourself when the 2nd amendment was used to accomplish the above objectives. For those who believe that being armed will help regain the country from the evil which overthrew it, think again. A civil war may be coming in our future but it will be won by the true believers, not firearms.

Follow the Money: Hillary Is Funding Antifa

Posted in Civil Unrest, Domestic Enemies, Editorial | Comments Off on Follow the Money: Hillary Is Funding Antifa

And Trump’s the crazy one

According to the liberals, everyone in the world thinks Trump is crazy; well at least everyone who doesn’t like him, fears him or can’t understand him. When I hear the claim that Trump is crazy I am left wondering what these people use as a yardstick of sanity.

Hillary Clinton has blamed everything but the lack of iodine in voter’s water for her defeat. In her scrambled mind, the two million vote margin she won in New York should somehow give her a mandate. To continue doing the same thing and expecting a different result is the clinical definition of insanity. The Democrats are still waiting for someone with great courage to explain to Ms. Clinton how the Electoral College works.
Elizabeth Warren continues to claim she is an Indian; not India Indian but American Indian. Never mind she hasn’t produced a scintilla of evidence to support her claim; she still thinks she is an Indian. I think I am a Prussian Prince but most people know I’m nuts. Maybe some fine day she will show photos of her with her Grammy holding scalps. She recently said, “[America] not a healthy Democracy if person with most votes loses”; perhaps a staffer could explain to Warren that the U.S. is a democratic republic, not a democracy in which the mob rules.

Fast forward to Nancy Pelosi who can’t make both eyes focus in unison and can’t leave her teeth alone. There are patients in mental facilities that routinely make more intelligent comments than this woman. “But we have to pass the bill so we can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy.” As a matter of fact, a delusional marginal graduate of Happy House School makes more intelligent comments.

And then there’s Auntie Maxine Waters who acts more like a ghetto queen (which she is) than a United States congress member. The things that come out of this woman’s mouth would make a horse clean up after itself from embarrassment. From trying to incite riots to fawning over communist dictators, Auntie Maxine pretty well covers the gambit of inane remarks.

Dick Durbin put his brilliance on display by saying his fellow Democrats should forego getting reelected to block Trump’s SCOTUS nominee. Telling a senator to sacrifice his or her seat of power for anything is an outrageous idea; McCain’s refusal to step aside when incapacitated and near death is an excellent example of power over principle.

Several of the Democrats have suggested, no demanded, that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished. Not one of these mental giants has offered a plan to secure the border or the flow of drugs once the agency is shut down. “Just shut ICE down, we don’t need no stinkin border! How do you expect us to get new voters?”

“Today, we have two Vietnams, side by side, North and South, exchanging and working. East and West and North and South are distinguishable one from the other.” Shelia Jackson Lee. I am left wondering if Ms. Jackson Lee knows her left from her right.

“My fear is the whole island [Guam] will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize…” Representative Hank Johnson, D-GA. I must admit I never once thought about it capsizing. I did worry about it floating off to Hawaii until the Navy attached big sea anchors to the island.

As I sit here thinking about it, Washington, D.C., could use a Prussian prince. They wear colorful outfits and could teach congressional members how to waltz as opposed to the tricky two-step, or is it side-step. I am confident that if it involves anything good for the country, it would be side-step.

And people get their shorts in a wad over the things that Trump says? Looks to me as if he fits right in with the craziness in D.C.; maybe his detractors fear he is going to displace their insanity.

Have a good week. Bill Shuey is a freelance writer in Zebulon, North Carolina.

What Democrats Want Our Future to Be

Posted in Domestic Enemies, Editorial | 1 Comment

There Will Come A Time

Do you know what news is? Does that term have a meaning? Today, news is really their propaganda or our propaganda, your choice. Their propaganda overwhelms our propaganda. Our propaganda is subject to terms dictated by them, because it has to go through Goolag at one portal or another. Even Blogspot is owned by Goolag.

This is what passes for news. It is a news story on the slipping support for Kavanaugh with likely Trump supporters claiming that the accusations have changed their minds about Kavanaugh. Personally, I think Kavanaugh is too much of a Bushy, Anthony Kennedy Jr., an unreliable vote and someone who will relish the role of steering society through the Supreme Court. Granted, I could be wrong, that is just my opinion. But, why is this a news story, unless it is propaganda designed to dispirit supporters of the president’s choice for the Supreme Court.

The intent of all of it is to delay the confirmation of anyone Trump might choose until the communists can regain control of the process and demand that Trump name someone the communists will approve. There’s nothing else here. The communist propaganda team is busy doing everything it can to ensure that the communists take over Congress, delay Trump’s policies and protect those who participated in the coup in the DOJ, especially the FBI.
