A little known fact about the Civil War, War Between the States, War of Northern Aggression is that most Cherokee Native American fought for the Confederacy. Stand Watie (meaning ‘ stand firm’) was the last Confederate General to surrender and was also the highest ranking officer who was a Native American on either the Confederate side or Union side.

Bankruptcy is like the ultimate get out of jail free card. You just get to wipe the slate clean, and even though your credit score and ability to borrow might suffer, you are free from all your previous obligations. But student loans have long been exempted from being erased by bankruptcy.

If this bill passes Congress however, hundreds of billions of currently delinquent student loans, potentially as much as $1.4 trillion worth of student loan debt…

At some point in time, enough people will discern the truth and the tipping point to restore Liberty will occur. The question always is when? We have seen the revelation of the Deep State firmly entrenched in the bowels of Washington, D.C. We have seen both Democrats and Republicans colluding to retain the power base of the political elite. We have seen the role that the media plays in this coup d’etat: we just don’t know if they are willing pawns or part of the Deep State’s power base.

What we fail to see as a nation is the tenuous state of our financial system. The average wage of the American worker has declined to levels less than in 1975. The stock market’s success is based on six companies: everyone wants to own (or follow) what is perceived by society to be a “winner”. What would happen if the government’s flow of welfare and workfare was cut? Imagine Venezuela in every American city.

People wanted to believe that one man would be able to defeat the Deep State and restore America’s glory. We are just starting to realize that power of the ballot box will be replaced by the power of the cartridge box. I believe this is why free speech and our history are under attack. If we remember our foundation, we will have a change to regain Liberty.

Which side will act first? The Deep State or the people? It depends on whether we put our faith in the state or in God as our forefathers did:

“And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.”

Then again, what good is a declaration if the people have no honor?

We got the final certificate of occupancy today and the fire marshal inspection approval yesterday. There is much work to be done but the foundation of this project is now complete. The above picture shows the shooting range completed last fall. We had a community workday and cleared a section of heavily wooded forest in 6 hours. The heavy equipment was on site for grading the foundation and road and the owner kindly allowed us to use it. Some of the trees were so large that the ground shook when they fell.

The final grading as shown above was done the following evening. Two loads of mulch and we had a 25m x 22m range in place. I want to make two points clear:

1. A community project will only succeed if people contribute to its success.
2. The range has already had its “fair share” of indoctrination.

The open house on Saturday, May 27th will include a tour of the range. I want to issue a special thank you for the people who have helped make this center a reality. They know that it is a work done for the glory of God.

This is the most important story SLL will post this month, or maybe ever. It’s an honor to post it. Read it beginning to end and study the pictures. This is the story Americans don’t want to hear, and these are pictures from which they avert their eyes. From Fleabaggs, a Vietnam War veteran:

I have started to write this a hundred times in 49 years. I would like to have used Our War but don’t want to presume to speak for all us Nam Vets still alive who were really there for a year or more. Nor can I speak for all the families of Nam Vets and all the millions of Vietnamese whose major crime was living in Vietnam at the time.

I do presume to speak for myself and my dead buddies who told me their stories as we commiserated in a dark corner of a seedy gin mill where we had been banished. I do presume to speak for some of the families I knew and my mother and the civilians who had an impact on me while I was there. I’m going to show you a picture of a few whose story never made it to the U.S. It’s shocking so stop here if you want to remain comfortably absolved in your sweet fantasy of non-involvement. This is not about “ME,” it’s about us.

Did the Russians hack our election? No. Did they “influence” the result of our election? There’s been no evidence of it. Did Trump conspire with Russia to make these non-events happen? Again, there’s not a scintilla of evidence.  But you’d never know it from the rabid stories being reported virtually everywhere.

In some ways, we liken this phenomenon to the whole global warming sham – only now, instead of seeing “consensus science” we’re seeing “consensus journalism” in which a story without substance or evidence is declared to be incontrovertibly true simply because so many nitwits have agreed to report it.
