T.L. Davis: Mourning

christian mercenary

I am in mourning, to some degree for Robert “La Voy” Finicum, a man I did not know, but felt a great kinship toward, but more for the fact that the inevitable Civil War that has been simmering for decades now is impossible to prevent.

The patriot/liberty community and the militias that have grown up out of the injustices of the federal government in the past have now been given a new martyr for the cause and proved all of our past indictments to be true. It is now an academic reality that the first shot fired in the new resistance was taken on January 26th at another government ambush.

Another generation of Americans will come to hold federal agents in contempt and the illusion of peaceful resistance has been once again shattered with the crack of a rifle. Victoria Sharp echoed the disillusionment of that new generation when she exclaimed “…they just shot him dead.”

That’s it, that’s what they do. They make statements with lead. They do to the American people what they are trained to do to our enemies and criminals wielding weapons, not unarmed men just trying to point out the illegal occupation of state lands.

FBI and Patriot Blood

Victoria Sharpe’s version of events is in question. Let’s see what happens over the next few days.

I would like to see the FBI video of the ambush and pictures of the truck.

Flashback – The Final Birth Pang of Tyranny

I originally published this article on 23 March, 2015 – but I present it again, unaltered, for those who may have missed it, or who did not see the significance at the time –

moon-rising-birthpangThe final birth pang of the tyranny presently in process of being delivered to us may well be the product of the 20th Amendment to our constitution, “ratified” in American Progressivism’s first heyday, over 80 years ago –

Amendment XX of the US Constitution (Passed by Congress March 2, 1932. Ratified January 23, 1933) reads, in part –

Section 3.  If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

Section 4.  The Congress may by law provide for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the House of Representatives may choose a President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them, and for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the Senate may choose a Vice President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them.

Malheur SITREP – 0400L 28 JAN 16

Malheur SITREP – 0400L 28 JAN 16

by Sam Culper

It’s been a very long 36 hours since yesterday’s events began unfolding. Avoidable tragedy struck Tuesday afternoon when LaVoy Finicum was shot and killed. Since then, there have been at least four different accounts of what happened. We’ve seen wild and inaccurate speculation about what’s going on at the Refuge, which has been contradictory to on the ground reporting.

In these times, we need to focus on discerning facts from opinions, and separate what’s more likely to be true from what’s less likely to be true through a structured process. What follows is my personal account of following the situation, including talks with sources on the ground and on conference calls with Sergeant Major Joseph Santoro (U.S.A., Ret.), Stewart Rhodes, State Representative Matthew Shea (R-WA), Jason Van Tatenhove, and others.

Here’s what we know.

– Just before 5:00 pm local on Tuesday, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Oregon State Police (OSP) made a felony stop on two vehicles carrying Ammon Bundy and six other individuals headed to a community meeting in John Day, Oregon, in neighboring Grant County. During the stop, which occurred on land that the federal government controls just inside the Malheur National Forest, law enforcement personnel fired shots, wounding Ryan Payne and killing LaVoy Finicum. Here’s a breakdown of the four known accounts.

  • Ammon Bundy allegedly called his wife to tell her that LaVoy Finicum was unarmed and had his hands up when shot and killed. Ammon received this account second-hand and was passing on what he was told. We know that the altercation with LaVoy occurred outside the line of sight of Ammon Bundy.

Bracken: Maoris, Moors and Migrants

maori
Maoris, Moors and Migrants: a history lesson for civilized humans facing an Ork invasion.

This section is copied from this link.

“Hundreds of years ago the Moriori, of the Chatham Islands, took a solemn vow of peace known as Nunuku’s Law. The decision to uphold this sacred law in the face of aggression in 1835 had tragic consequences. They were slaughtered, enslaved, and dispossessed of their lands. The Moriori lived on Chatham Island and Pitt Island, two islands in the Chatham Islands group, about 700 kilometers south-east of Wellington.

“Nunuku’s Law: Isolated from mainland New Zealand, the Moriori developed a unique culture based on a law of peace. This was called Nunuku’s Law, after the ancestor Nunuku-whenua. After seeing bloody conflict between the Hamata people and later arrivals, he banned murder and the eating of human flesh forever. After 1791, when the British ship Chatham called at Rēkohu, Moriori came into contact with Europeans and Māori who came as crew on sealing and whaling vessels. Some settled on the islands and lived alongside the Moriori. This relative peace was shattered in 1835 when Maoris from two tribes, both from Taranaki, arrived in the Chatham Islands in search of new territories and resources.

“In 1835, 24 generations after the Moriori chief Nunuku had forbidden war, the Moriori welcomed about 900 people from the two Māori tribes. Originally from Taranaki on New Zealand’s North Island, they had voyaged from Wellington on an overcrowded European vessel, the Rodney. They arrived severely weakened, but were nursed back to health by their Moriori hosts. However, they soon revealed hostile intentions and embarked on a reign of terror.

Child brides allowed at Danish Asylum Centers: “Children allowed to sleep with their older husbands on the weekends”

Girls down to the age of 14 seek asylum in Denmark as child brides. The younger ones stay at a special asylum center for children. Many of them have a husband with a residence permit. They are allowed to sleep with their older husbands on the weekends.

Several political parties wish to stop this. Naser Khader (very responsible conservative who is pretty much against Islam all together) says that these people should not be allowed to get asylum at all.

Sofie Carsten Nielsen from the political party “De radikale” literally translating to “The radicals” says: “It is in regards to the law the same as mismanagement of children. If a 14 year old is married, it must be arranged. The asylum center and police need to respond to this.

Integration Minister Inger Støjberg (very hated for her stand on immigration) wants to stop that the children are allowed to sleep with their husbands in the weekends. Age of consent in Denmark is according to a quick Google search 15 years old. You can get married at 18.

Trump refuses to reconsider debate in fiery Fox interview

Is this important? Or media misdirection? What should we be considering instead?

  1. The worldwide economic collapse. The SSE Composite Index is down 25.48% this month.
  2. The Muslim invasion of Europe.
  3. The murder of LaVoy Finicum by the FBI.
  4. Deflation coupled with inflation.
  5. ISIS and the new alliances forming in the Middle East, Southern Europe, Iran and Pakistan.

Massive unemployment and Muslim immigrants terrorizing the West will lead to civil unrest in what is being labelled as the upcoming Patriot Spring. The above drama with the 2016 elections is nothing more than bread and circuses associated with a crumbling empire which is looking for an excuse to institute martial law.

Parts Of California Are Actually Falling Into The Ocean

Pacifica Erosion - Photo from YouTube

Why would anyone want to live in the state of California at this point?  Not only do you have to deal with unbearable traffic, insane politicians and unchecked illegal immigration, but now the weather itself seems to be going crazy.  A very strong El Nino has been sending destructive storm after destructive storm barreling into the west coast, and this is causing tremendous flooding, dangerous landslides and unprecedented erosion in coastal communities all over the state.  As I mentioned the other day, a state of emergency has just been declared in the coastal city of Pacifica due to the incredible amount of erosion that is happening there.  Now, incredible footage has been released that actually shows the coastline crumbling.  Small parts of California really are falling into the ocean, and meteorologists are warning that the worst may be yet to come.

When I was younger, I always dreamed of owning a home on a cliff overlooking the ocean.  It was part of my “California dream”, but now that dream is turning into a nightmare for many that live along the California coast.  In Pacifica, many homes that directly overlook the ocean are being hastily evacuated due to the extreme erosion caused by these storms…

Several homes and apartment complexes in Pacifica, California, have been deemed uninhabitable due to rapidly eroding cliffsides creeping closer to the dwellings.

The residences, just a few miles from San Francisco, are teetering on the edge of the cliffs and most have already lost their backyards to erosion blamed on storms from El Niño, authorities said.

Convention Supporters’ Myths about State Control of Delegates

By Publius Huldah

Convention supporters assure us that the States will have control over Delegates to an Article V convention.

That is not true.

The Truth is States have no power over the convention at Art. V.  All they can do is “apply” to Congress for Congress to “call” a convention. THIS CHART by Judi Caler shows who has the power to do what respecting an Article V convention.

Delegates to an Article V convention are performing a federal function – they are not under the authority of the States.

Furthermore, Delegates are the sovereign representatives of The People and thus are vested with plenipotentiary powers to alter or abolish our form of government – our Constitution (Declaration of Independence, 2nd para).

This has already happened once in our history:

At the Federal Convention of 1787, this plenipotentiary power was exercised to replace our first Constitution, the Articles of Confederation, with the Constitution we now have. On February 21, 1787, the Continental Congress called a convention “for the sole and express purpose of revising the Articles of Confederation”. But instead of proposing amendments to our first Constitution, the Delegates wrote a new Constitution – the one we now have.
