Donations will go to Helping Hands Ministry Pakistan to purchase new sewing machines for impoverished Christian women with children. This creates self-employment and income for their families.

I will not comment on this allegation. Renee Ellmers has sold out North Carolina: it only took a few weeks to go from using the Tea Party to get elected until she was seduced by the supposed power inside the Beltway.

Russia’s military build-up in Syria includes a “considerable and growing” naval presence, long-range rockets and a battalion of ground troops backed by Moscow’s most modern tanks, the U.S. ambassador to NATO said on Wednesday.
Speaking on the eve of a NATO defense ministers meeting to be dominated by Russia’s intervention in Syria’s civil war, U.S. Ambassador to NATO Douglas Lute said Moscow had managed a “quite impressive” military deployment over the past week to its Syria naval base in Tartous and its army base in Latakia.
“There is a considerable and growing Russia naval presence in the eastern Mediterranean, more than 10 ships now, which is a bit out of the ordinary,” he told a news briefing.
“The recent Russian reinforcements over the last week or so feature a battalion-size ground force … There is artillery, there are long-range rocket capabilities, there are air defense capabilities,” Lute said.

The Syrian regime, which had appeared earlier this year to be on the ropes, has “launched a wide-scale offensive,” a senior military official said Thursday.
The aim, Syrian army chief of staff Gen. Ali Abdullah Ayyoub said on state media, is “eliminating the terrorist groups and liberating the areas and towns that have suffered from terrorism and its crime.”
Ayyoub provided no details of the area in which the offensive is being launched or its size and scope.
But he acknowledged the key role being played by Russia, which appears bent on supporting a Syrian regime that had been badly in need of help.
“Following the Russian military airstrikes that diminished the fighting capacity of ISIS and other terrorist groups, the Syrian armed forces maintained their military initiative,” Ayyoub said.

Warren Buffett once referred to derivatives as “financial weapons of mass destruction“, and it was inevitable that they would begin to wreak havoc on our financial system at some point. While things may seem somewhat calm on Wall Street at the moment, the truth is that a great deal of trouble is bubbling just under the surface. As you will see below, something happened in mid-September that required an unprecedented 405 billion dollar surge of Treasury collateral into the repo market. I know – that sounds very complicated, so I will try to break it down more simply for you. It appears that some very large institutions have started to get into a significant amount of trouble because of all the reckless betting that they have been doing. This is something that I have warned would happen over and over again. In fact, I have written about it so much that my regular readers are probably sick of hearing about it. But this is what is going to cause the meltdown of our financial system.
Many out there get upset when I compare derivatives trading to gambling, and perhaps it would be more accurate to describe most derivatives as a form of insurance. The big financial institutions assure us that they have passed off most of the risk on these contracts to others and so there is no reason to worry according to them.
Well, personally I don’t buy their explanations, and a lot of others don’t either. On a very basic, primitive level, derivatives trading is gambling. This is a point that Jeff Nielson made very eloquently in a piece that he recently published…

Billions of barrels of oil have been discovered in Israel, and this discovery could essentially make Israel energy independent for many decades to come. But there is just one problem. This discovery was made in the Golan Heights. If you are not familiar with the Golan Heights, it is an area that Israel took from Syria during the Six-Day War of 1967. The government of Israel considers the Golan Heights to now be part of Israeli territory, but the United Nations does not recognize Israel’s claim. Instead, the UN still recognizes Syrian sovereignty over that area. So now that massive amounts of oil have been discovered there, what will this do to tensions in the region? Could this discovery of oil help set the stage for World War III?
When I first read about the discovery of all this oil, I was quite stunned. Ever since 1948, Israel has had to import virtually all of the oil that it uses, and so this oil in the Golan Heights could be a huge game changer. The following is an excerpt from an article in an Israeli news source about this discovery…
The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terror group released a video on Sunday that concluded with a message for “America, the defender of the cross.”
“Convert to Islam, and no harm will befall you,” the narrator said, “but if you refuse, you will have to pay the jizya tax”.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Is jizya coming to America? An irrelevant question. Taxation is used to subjugate people by government. Add your federal, state, local and sales taxes together with the latest government “tax” known as affordable health care to see your chains. Although this nation was founded on the principle of no taxation without representation, the character of the people 250 years ago was much different. Morality and honor meant something. Churches preached the Word of God instead of 501c3 drivel.
There is only one question to answer: when will America become the defender of the cross?
