In response to both Senator Doug Berger’s and Franklin Co Democrat Party Chairman Larry Marciniak’s recent letters to the Franklin Times regarding our group, We the People-Franklin Co Patriots reading of the U.S. Constitution and its original 10 amendments on Constitution Day, I feel the need to set the record straight on their questions and comments.
I am sure they will both be greatly disappointed to learn that the reason we decided to read only those documents is we decided: A) We wanted to keep the amendments to the original 10 written by the founders. B) We decided we did not have the time to read either the later amendments, OR The Declaration of Independence, which is one of the greatest written documents ever put forth by man. The non-partisan reading was done in the evening and we were running out of daylight, and did not want to make people sit through a long dissertation. Sorry – no evil sub-plot here.
I mean really guys…as a female, yeah I really hate being allowed to vote, as the 19th amendment gives us the right to do. Surely you both have better things to do than demonize a simple act by local citizens of both parties who care about their state and country. It also occurs to me that both men’s letters are born out of either ignorance of facts and history, or they are being deliberately obtuse for political reasons. Either way, we all need a quick history lesson, because one of the trademarks of the Progressives in either party is to deliberately change our history to suit their goals.
Here are the facts about several of the key amendments we did not read: Continue reading
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government denounced world powers’ nuclear agreement with Iran on Sunday as a “bad deal” to which Israel would not be bound.
Yet Israeli officials stopped short of explicitly threatening military action that could further isolate the Jewish state and imperil its alliance with Washington, saying more time was needed to assess the accord.
“This is a bad deal. It grants Iran exactly what it wanted – both a significant easing in sanctions and preservation of the most significant parts of its nuclear programme,” an official in Netanyahu’s office said.
“The economic pressure on Iran could have brought about a much better deal which would have dismantled Iran’s nuclear capabilities.”
Aimed at ending a dangerous standoff, the agreement between Iran and the United States, France, Germany, Britain, China and Russia was nailed down after more than four days of negotiations in the Swiss city of Geneva.

Did you know that our government and military attacked WWI veterans who were unarmed? The attack was listed as one of the reasons Hoover lost the presidential election to Roosevelt. But the lesson remains: veterans do not have the respect or support of the government other than to classify them as terrorists.

Testimony by Benghazi witnesses and victims stating personnel inside the U.S. special mission were not armed directly contradicts the State Department report on the Sept. 11, 2012, attack, WND has learned.
Rep. Lynn Westmoreland, R-Ga., chairman of the House Intelligence Subcommittee, told Fox News that State Department employees inside the mission “were not armed, not kitted up and there hadn’t been any shots fired from our side as far as the testimony reveals.”
Westmoreland was commenting on closed-door testimony given to his intelligence committee.
In contrast, the extensive report released by the State Department-sponsored Accountability Review Board, or ARB, specifically states personnel inside the mission protecting the compound and Ambassador Chris Stevens were armed and had their security kits.

What would you do if you received a threatening letter from your child’s school, demanding that you take your youngster to a medical doctor and dentist at the whims of the school administrators, or risk being reported to the child welfare authorities?
Parents in at least two states have gotten exactly such letters. Police State USA reports:
Under the auspices of keeping children healthy, the government has usurped the role of “parent” away from actual parents. The state — not legal guardians — is determining when and how children should be subjected to outside business influences.
The provisions establish that the state has taken the final say in parenting matters, undermining parents’ natural role in the child’s life as protector and final decision maker. The provision invades the privacy of the family by giving the government access to private medical results.
Then there is the inherent problem of forcing people into unwanted business contracts, with parties they may not agree with, for services that may not be needed or wanted. The law states that the health certificates may only be signed by medical staff authorized by the state; meaning that parents’ alternatives to fulfill this mandate are limited down to allopathic, pro-pharmaceutical doctors. Families who favor natural and holistic caregivers are undermined by virtue of exclusionary state licensing. (source)

Obama Democracy: You have two cows. Obama promises you can keep your cows if you vote for him. If you voted for Obama, you get free cows and other people take care of them for you. If you did not vote for Obama, the government spies on and persecutes you, makes you take care of your cows and everyone’s cows who voted for Obama.
Islamist rebels led by al Qaeda-linked fighters seized Syria’s largest oil field on Saturday, cutting off President Bashar al-Assad’s access to almost all local crude reserves, activists said.
There was no immediate comment from the government and it was not immediately possible to verify the reports of the capture independently.
But the loss of the al-Omar oil field in Deir al-Zor province, if confirmed, could leave Assad’s forces almost completely reliant on imported oil in their highly mechanized military campaign to put down a 2-1/2-year uprising.
“Now, nearly all of Syria’s usable oil reserves are in the hands of the Nusra Front and other Islamist units … The regime’s neck is now in Nusra’s hands,” said Rami Abdelrahman, head of the pro-opposition Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Assad’s forces have gained momentum against the rebels in recent months, partially due to support from the Lebanese Shi’ite milita Hezbollah and its regional ally Iran.
American and European negotiators have given Iran until Saturday night, Nov. 23, the fourth day of negotiations in Geneva, to reach agreement on an interim nuclear deal, DEBKAfile’s sources report. After that deadline, those delegations plan to cut the talks short and leave. Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif retorted that his government would not bow to threats. The US-EU deadline indicated that Washington, Paris, London and Berlin had reached the limit of their concessions to Iran. UK Foreign Secretary William Hague said when he arrived in Geneva that the two difficulties encountered two weeks ago still remained. The Russian and Chinese foreign minister have refrained from comment.
See DEBKAfile’s earlier report on this date.
Both sides were pumping up an atmosphere of optimism as the foreign ministers of all six powers facing Iran made tracks for Geneva Saturday morning, Nov. 23, Day Four of the marathon negotiations for an accord on a six-month freeze on Iran’s nuclear program.
Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Hassan Araghchi said the six powers had agreed to respect his country’s right to enrich uranium, so removing a major hurdle in the path of an accord, whereas Foreign Minister Javad Zarif remained silent.
Sergey Lavrov was the first foreign minister to arrive Friday night, followed by Secretary of State John Kerry early Saturday. Both were said to have come to try and narrow the gaps holding up an accord. The Chinese, British, French and German foreign ministers were due in Geneva Saturday morning, after bilateral sessions between Zarif and the other six delegates failed to produce enough progress for them to adjourn to formal negotiations around the same table, least of all reach the signing stage.

This information about hair has been hidden from the public since the Viet Nam War .
Our culture leads people to believe that hair style is a matter of personal preference, that hair style is a matter of fashion and/or convenience, and that how people wear their hair is simply a cosmetic issue. Back in the Vietnam war however, an entirely different picture emerged, one that has been carefully covered up and hidden from public view.
In the early nineties, Sally [name changed to protect privacy] was married to a licensed psychologist who worked at a VA Medical hospital. He worked with combat veterans with PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder. Most of them had served in Vietnam.
Sally said, “I remember clearly an evening when my husband came back to our apartment on Doctor’s Circle carrying a thick official looking folder in his hands. Inside were hundreds of pages of certain studies commissioned by the government. He was in shock from the contents. What he read in those documents completely changed his life. From that moment on my conservative middle of the road husband grew his hair and beard and never cut them again. What is more, the VA Medical center let him do it, and other very conservative men in the staff followed his example.

A prominent Jewish human rights institute has accused the United Nations of intentionally barring pro-Israel Jewish groups from attending a major meeting on the pursuit of Palestinian statehood.
The Touro Institute on Human Rights and the Holocaust (IHRH), a U.N.-approved NGO group, claims the U.N. Division for Palestinian Rights (UNDPR) has unjustly barred 18 pro-Israel Jews from attending a Monday event marking the “International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.”
U.N. security officials initially had granted the Touro Institute credentials permitting 18 Birthright Israel alumni to attend the daylong series of meetings, which will be attended by the U.N.’s most high-level officials.
However, those credentials were quickly revoked at the behest of the UNDPR, according to IHRH officials and e-mails obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
The only way to overturn Obamacare is not to participate. Our politicians want complete control over our lives so we cannot expect them to uphold the rule of law or the Constitution. If no one participates in Obamacare, it will collapse as we are already seeing. So why is the Republican Speaker of the House of Representatives participating in this program passed against the will of the people?
It is not too hard to see the lines differentiating good from evil if we open our eyes to see.

Around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Boehner succeeded in enrolling him in D.C.’s exchange.
According to his Boehner’s update:
Updated (5:35 pm ET:) Kept at it, and called the D.C. Health Link help line. They called back a few hours later, and after re-starting the process on the website two more times, I just heard from D.C. Health Link that I have been successfully enrolled.
Philadelphia reporters just can’t say it: The City of Brotherly Love is the site of frequent and intense black mob violence and black-on-white crime – including at least five recent examples of the Knockout Game.
From the suburbs to the subways, they play the game in Philly the way they do in Chicago, New York, Baltimore, Springfield, Missouri, Champaign, Ill., and dozens of other cities and college campuses around the country: Find a white person. An Asian will do. Punch him (or her) in the face as hard as you can until your arms get tired or the victim gets knocked out. Or dies.
…
Jamilah Lemieux of Ebony said he wanted to “slam my head” against the desk after reading “Being White in Philly” because Huber did not recognize that white racism is responsible for black violence. And that people like Huber are in a “panic” because their “deeply ingrained notions of White Supremacy” give them unrealistic expectations of how safe they should be in their – and other – neighborhoods.
