The Word for Today Is “Taqiyyah”

In Islam, the practice of concealing one’s faith and forgoing ordinary religious duties under threat of death or injury to oneself or one’s fellow Muslims. Its basis is found in the Qur’an, and Muhammad is regarded as having set its first example when he chose to make the Hijrah. It has since been practiced mostly among minority groups, particularly those of the Shi’ite branch. Various rules governing its application are meant to ensure that taqiyyah does not become an excuse for cowardice or for failure to take appropriate action. Consideration of community rather than private welfare is generally stressed.

CONFIRMED: IRS Scandal Tied Directly to Obama Campaign

Scandal: The president’s deputy campaign manager attended the “nonpolitical” ObamaCare implementation meetings with the former IRS commissioner at the White House. She wasn’t there to discuss the Easter Egg Roll.

A clue as to whether the targeting by the IRS of Tea Party and other conservative groups was discussed at the 157 meetings that former IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman had at the White House may be found in remarks by Stephanie Cutter, deputy manager for President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign, in a recent appearance on Jake Tapper’s show “The Lead” on CNN.

As reported by Gateway Pundit, Cutter attempted to dismiss charges they were political meetings but admitted she had attended meetings with Shulman at the White House. “I was in them with him,” Cutter said. “So there was nothing nefarious going on.”

Well, if they were not political meetings, why was she there at all? Was she there to offer her health care or tax code expertise?

Cutter became Obama’s deputy campaign manager in September 2011. Shulman, a Democratic donor, was IRS commissioner from March 24, 2008, to November 9, 2012. Cutter was an Obama attack dog during the 2012 campaign.

The Not-So-Veiled Threat to Non-Muslims in Tennessee

The attempted snow job by the American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC) of Tennessee which sponsored the joint Department of Justice/FBI event, “Public Disclosure in a Diverse Society,” Tuesday night in Manchester, Tennessee, did not work with the 2,000 attendees. Claims that American Muslims are loyal citizens, partners in counter-terrorism investigations, part of radicalization prevention efforts, and an integral part of American society for centuries fell flat, especially coming from the host organization that was formed only two years ago in response to anti-shariah legislation in the Volunteer State.

A well-informed crowd responded with calls of “taqiyyah” when members of AMAC, a group that bills itself as “a bridge between the Muslim community and law enforcement,” touted Muslim contributions to U.S. society and their dedication to upholding American values. (Taqiyyah doctrine obligates Muslims to deceive infidels as part the required effort or jihad to institute Islamic doctrine or shariah). In actuality, Muslim organizations have specifically instructed Muslims not to cooperate with law enforcement and have demanded that all counter-terrorism-training materials be expunged of critical references to Islam and Muslims, as well the training instructors fired or retrained who fail to follow along.

When it became clear at Tuesday’s event that the promulgation of lies was falling on deaf ears, one AMAC speaker resorted to shaming the audience for their alleged rudeness and intolerance. In the crowd’s defense, the passionate response was one of righteous anger against a doctrine that increasingly threatens Western civilization and values in the wake of the Boston bombings and the murder and beheading of British soldier Lee Rigby. That indignation was also a response to the hypocrisy of a program designed to falsely portray Muslims as victims of prejudice in dire need of special civil rights protection from hate crimes. No mention was made of jihadist acts, honor killings, demands for special accommodations, and the Muslim disinclination to assimilate to American cultural norms.

11C-7.008 Administrative Expunction Procedures.

(1) Non-judicial records of arrest made contrary to law or by mistake will be administratively expunged by the Department, upon application by the arresting law enforcement agency, or by the person arrested or, in the case of a minor child, the parent or legal guardian of the minor person arrested. An application submitted by the person arrested or the parent or legal guardian of the minor person arrested, shall be supported by the endorsement of the head or chief law enforcement officer of the arresting agency or of the state attorney of the judicial circuit in which the arrest occurred.

(2) Application for administrative expunction requires either that the arresting law enforcement agency has determined that the arrest was made contrary to law or by mistake; or that a court of competent jurisdiction has entered a final order finding that the arrest was made contrary to law or by mistake.

(3) An application for administrative expunction must be in writing. If submitted by the arresting law enforcement agency, the application shall be on agency letterhead, and signed by the head or chief law enforcement officer of the arresting agency or his or her authorized designee. An application submitted by the person arrested or the parent or legal guardian of the minor person arrested, must be in writing and must identify the relationship of the person signing the application to the person arrested.

WARNING FOR THOSE OF YOU STORING METALS FROM A 20 YEAR TRADER IN THE METALS BUSINESS

I have been a broker for 20 years. Recently the major broker dealer I work for asked me and my clients to leave due to too high of a concentration in physical metals. After 4 months of trying to find a new home for my business, and being denied by every major broker dealer in the US, I had not choice but to become and RIA.

After three months of complete BS getting my RIA approved I am now in the process of moving my clients and metals to the new custodian. Here is where things get interesting. Every transfer is being rejected multiple times for the any reason the old major broker dealer can come up with.

More interesting is all of the metals which have variable weights like 1,000 Silver, 100 oz gold and 50oz platinum, when the old broker dealer finally does transfer the metals to the new custodian, NONE of the bars are the same in weight or serial number as my clients statements. The old broker dealer is having to come to me and my clients with bars of different serial numbers and weight than the one listed on the statements or from
old trade confirms.

This mis-match on transfers proves to me that the old broker deal NEVER had the metals and are now having to go acquire them to make good on client transfers. Coincidentally, I was also a broker at Morgan Stanley in 2006
when MS got busted for excessive storage fees and it turned out MS never owned the metals that were printed on client statements either.

Ever hear of a company called The Analysis Corporation? No? Neither did most Americans in 2008. This was strange because in 2008, the company netted $65 million dollars and worked for virtually every government agency that had anything remotely to do with intelligence: The NSA, DHS, FBI, and the rest of the alphabet soup of government agencies whose chief goal was to snoop on people who might pose a threat to the government.

So exactly why in early 2008 did The Analysis Corporation find it necessary to “breach” the passport/birth certificate file of Barack Obama? Remember that? Obama, Clinton’s, and McCain’s passport/birth certificate files being “breached,” but only Obama’s being breached “on three separate occasions.” Keep in mind that in 2008, the primary purpose of The Analysis Corporation (they now go by the name of Global Defense Technology & Systems, Inc.) was to keep track of terrorists. The breach was chocked up to a “low level” computer operator having fun looking into the passport files and birth certificates of presidential candidates.  We were told he was “disciplined,” although who he was or what this entailed was never made clear. We wouldn’t find out until much later that someone who holds a very high position in the Obama administration today—John Brennan—headed this “terrorist tracking” company.

When Obama won the election in 2008, the mainstream media quietly forgot about this incident. “Birthers,” as the Left has styled those who care about following the “natural born” requirement of the U.S. Constitution for President, quietly filed this fact away as it became clear that Obama’s grammar school records in Indonesia clearly identified him as an Indonesian citizen. We kept this in mind as Obama refused to provide for a full three years his long-form birth certificate. We kept this fact in mind when virtually everyone who had even a modicum of computer knowledge clearly saw that the long-form PDF birth certificate released on April 27, 2011 was not only a forgery, but a bad forgery—verified by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigation.

But a new twist came in this Obama-Brennan relationship.

Florida Governor Has Sheriff Arrested, Removed From Office for Allowing Concealed Carry

Well this is certainly an interesting case. Apparently Florida Governor Rick Scott has named a new interim sheriff for Liberty County, FL after the current sheriff was arrested for releasing a man who was arrested for carrying a concealed handgun without a license.

The following press release was put out by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on June 4th:

Tallahassee – Inspectors with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Office of Executive Investigations obtained a warrant for the arrest of Nicholas Lee Finch, 50, of Bristol, Fla., earlier today on one count of official misconduct, a violation of section 838.022, Florida Statutes.

Investigators allege that Finch destroyed or removed official arrest documents from the Liberty County Jail, making it appear as though an arrest never occurred. The investigation revealed that a Liberty County Sheriff’s Office deputy arrested a Liberty County resident on March 8, 2013 for carrying a concealed firearm, a third degree felony. Shortly after the suspect was booked into the Liberty County Jail, Finch allegedly released the suspect and altered or destroyed documents associated with his arrest.

A lot of things that have not happened since the last recession are starting to happen again.  As you read the list below, you will notice that the year “2009” comes up again and again.  There is a reason for that.  Many of the same patterns that we witnessed during the last major economic downturn are starting to repeat themselves.  In fact, many of the things that are happening right now have not happened in quite a few years.  For example, manufacturing activity in the U.S. has contracted for the first time in four years.  The inventory to sales ratio is the highest that it has been in four years.  Average hourly compensation just experienced the largest decline that we have seen in four years.  We also just witnessed the largest decline in the number of mortgage applications that we have seen in four years.  After everything that Barack Obama, the U.S. Congress and the Federal Reserve have tried to do, there has been no real economic recovery and now the U.S. economy is suddenly behaving as if it is 2009 all over again.  A whole host of recent surveys indicate that the American people are starting to feel a bit better about the economy, but the underlying economic numbers tell an entirely different story.  The following are 12 clear signals that the U.S. economy is about to really slow down…

#1 The average interest rate on a 30 year mortgage has risen above 4 percent for the first time in more than a year.

#2 The decline in the number of mortgage applications last week was the largest drop that we have seen since June 2009.

#3 Mark Hanson is reporting that “mass layoffs” have occurred at three large mortgage institutions…
