What Is Left?

Police_State

Is there a shred of doubt in your mind what the end game of the powers which we face is? There is no need for me to recite the list of abuses and the creation of police state power that is reaching a fever pitch. We know where this is going, we have read for years how it will go down and we have the knowledge of what must be done.

Choose this day if you are in or out. Be honest because lives of good men are at stake.

These United States is dead. It is not able to be saved.

What replaces it?

That is the question we should be considering, that is the thing for which we must fight.

Sheriff Donnie Harrison – Wake County, North Carolina

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYomUarhmrk

Article IV, Section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

I apologize for not posting this video earlier. To be honest, I was too angry after his “speech” and made myself calm down for a few days before making a decision. My initial decision was not to post any video from this meeting because I did not want to make Sheriff Harrison look bad. I promise to be more objective in the future.

IS GOLD, SILVER CONFISCATION NEXT?

Lawmakers in President Obama’s home state want to know who is buying and selling gold.

Illinois’ Precious Metal Purchasing Act, or SB-3341, would require every gold and silver transaction to be registered with the state.

The bill passed in the state’s Senate last spring and the House is considering amendments.

Amendment 1 reads: “Authorizes inspection of records by local police departments. Requires reports to law enforcement on a daily basis. Exempts persons licensed under the Pawnbroker Regulation Act.”

The bill is apparently intended to help police recover stolen property and help raise revenue for the state. But the federal government’s history of confiscating gold has some concerned this bill could be an ominous sign of things to come.

US Secretly Deploys B-1 Strategic Bombers, E-6 “Doomsday” Planes Near North Korea

First the US fanfared the placement of two F-22 Raptors in the Osan airbase of South Korea. Then it demonstratively launched a B-2 stealth bomber on a training mission over a South Korean gunnery range. Then it deployed an anti-ballistic missile defense system to Guam and positioned two guided-missile destroyers in the waters near Korea. And now, courtesy of the Aviationist, we learn that the Pentagon has escalated once more in an ongoing cat and mouse game with North Korea, of who blinks first, and dispatched several B-1 (“Bone”) Lancer strategic long-range bombers to Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. What is different this time, however, is that unlike the previous very public and widely trumpeted reciprocal escalation steps, this particular deployment has been kept secret from the public (at least the broader public), “a fact that could be the sign that the U.S. is not only making symbolic moves (as the above mentioned ones), but it is preparing for the worst scenario: an attack on North Korea.”

How has the Aviationist learned this?

From his station in Amarillo, Texas, author, investigative journalist, technologies expert Steve Douglass heard something interesting. In a message he sent us on Facebook he said:

“Late last night I monitored “DARK flight of seven” on PRIME (311.000 MHZ STRATCOM PRIMARY) asking for current weather for UAM [airport code for Guam – Andersen Air Force Base]. On the frequency of 251.100 Mhz,DARK flight also was calling for “GASSR 11 and GASSR 12? (KC-135s)  for “Tanker drag to BAB [Beale AFB, California]“.

“Dark” is the standard radio callsign for the 7th Bomb Wing’s B-1s based at Dyess AFB, near Abilene, Texas.

The World According to Diana DeGette

By Rep. Diana DeGette

In light of the on-going gun debate, as a service to my constituents I have drafted a quick guide to gun safety. It explains how guns work as I understand it and offers some commonsense tips.

HOW GUNS WORK

At right, you can see a diagram of a magazine. Magazines are ammunition, they’re bullets. If you ban them in the future, the number of these high capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time because the bullets will have been shot and there won’t be any more available.

Iran lines up behind North Korea, warns the US of “great losses”

Kim Jong-Un with his generals

Kim Jong-Un with his generals

Tehran’s intercession in the Korean crisis on the side of its ally in Pyongyang was predictable, even though the US prefers to ignore the close interrelations between the two allies.

And so, on Friday, April 5, Deputy Chief of Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces Brig. Gen. Masoud Jazayeri stepped forward to point the finger at Washington:
[“The presence of the Americans in [South] Korea has been the root cause of tensions in this sensitive region in the past and present. The US and its allies will suffer great losses if a war breaks out in this region,” he said, adding for good measure: “Independent countries will not submit to the US mischief. The time for Washington’s bullying and extortion is long past.”

DEBKAfile’s Iranian sources: The second part of the statement was a perfect fit for Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s flat refusal to accept US demands on Iran’s nuclear program. The Korean crisis gave the Iranians the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone.
As Kim Jong-Un moved two intermediate missiles to the east coast of North Korea, Gen. Jazayeri’s rhetoric landed on the latest round of talks the six powers were holding with Iran in Amaty, Kazhakstan for a diplomatic resolution of Iran’s nuclear challenge.

What a Crock from Law Enforcement

Let’s review the second amendment of the US Constitution:

2nd Amendment

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

I want to be clear that this amendment protects the people from a federal government that has usurped the security of a free state. The fool below (and Sheriff Donnie Harrison in Wake County) believe that people who stand up against federal tyranny are dangerous criminals instead of sovereign citizens. See the irony? People who stand up for the supreme law of the land are now considered to be a threat to the country.

Let’s now review Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution:

Article IV, Section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Each state is guaranteed a Republican form of government? So which is it? Are we sovereign citizens under North Carolina or are we now domestic enemies who are a threat to national security? The labels used to marginalize our natural laws and founding documents have become a farce. If you support the Constitution: you are a threat. Why else is the Obama administration vetting its top military commanders for allegiance to the government instead of the Constitution.

If our law enforcement is now using this label as a means to suppress Liberty, they should at least not hide behind the Constitution which give us the right to be Sovereign Citizens.

10 tips and tactics for investigating Sovereign Citizens

Moe Greenberg

Moe Greenberg

Law enforcement officers across the country are experiencing a growing number of contacts with Sovereign Citizens — individuals and groups who possess a strong anti-government ideology.

Because they believe the government, its representatives, laws, and policies are illegitimate, Sovereign Citizens regularly find themselves in conflict with the law. Although it’s difficult to accurately access their numbers, it is safe to say that since 2000, their numbers and the violent incidents associated with them have increased at an alarming rate.

Here, I’ll provide you with some investigative tips and suggestions should you encounter a Sovereign Citizen, but, I’d be remiss if I did not take a moment to emphasize that whether you’re dealing with a novice or a hardliner Sovereign Citizen, the prospect of violent action and threats to officer safety should never be taken for granted.

Does This Sound Like A Moral Country?

I made it

Over 50 million abortions in the United States since Roe v. Wade has put us in the top ten list for countries practicing genocide. And it is still not enough. Any one can now buy the morning after pill regardless of age without a prescription.

What is the cost of a human life? What are the consequences of an immoral nation?

Judge orders morning-after pill available without prescription

A federal judge in Brooklyn has ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to make the morning-after birth control pill available over the counter to people of any age without a prescription.

This order overturned a 2011 decision by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to require a prescription for girls under 17 years old.

The FDA said it couldn’t comment because it is an ongoing legal matter.

Bloody Calculus – Bob Owens

Camouflaged-sniper-500x330

While I think the odds of an assassination over gun control policy is generally infinitesimal (the last Congressional Representative killed in office was Leo Ryan, gunned down by Jim Jones’ cultists in Africa South America in 1978), the current political climate suggests that there is the remote but emerging possibility of such an action.

Why?

  • Politicians up to and including the President and his Executive branch officials are waging a war of disinformation and outright lies to undermine the rights of the American people.
  • The mainstream media is actively colluding with these politicians to wage a war of disinformation and outright lies regarding the role of firearms in crimes, firearms and firearms laws, and slandering the nearly 100 million Americans that are part of the firearms-owning community.
  • This collusion between these groups (which I’ve argued is one incestuous group, dubbed the “polimedia”) have led to the passage of the most draconian gun laws in history in the states of New York, Connecticut, Maryland, and Colorado. The polimedia intends to spread to other states and the entire Republic if at all possible. This is causing considerable economic harm, and dramatically restricting Constitutional and God-given liberties, creating a motive.

Time to Wake Up

225,055,487 – US population in 1979

315,617,119 – current population

The US population has increased 40.2% since 1979 but the labor force is the same?  And this is not counting any of the illegal alien population. While no sentient person trusts any government  and media propaganda, at what point do we stand up against tyranny?

David DeGerolamo

People Not In Labor Force Soar By 663,000 To 90 Million, Labor Force Participation Rate At 1979 Levels

Things just keep getting worse for the American worker, and by implication US economy, where as we have shown many times before, it pays just as well to sit back and collect disability and various welfare and entitlement checks, than to work .The best manifestation of this: the number of people not in the labor force which in March soared by a massive 663,000 to a record 90 million Americans who are no longer even looking for work
