They Are Evil…
The progressive ‘Ideology’ will latch onto any perceived inequality, and make it a “social issue”. It’s not because they care – it’s because they need issues to use as crow-bars in their deconstruction of our constitutional republic. Using taxes and regulations, they inflate costs and reduce access, therefore amplifying the inequality (if there actually was one to begin with), otherwise creating the alleged ‘inequality’ out of thin air, all the while engraining the issue into the societal consciousness as an issue that urgently needs ‘fixing’ through their media outlets.
They did this in the ’50s and ’60s with race issues and got “affirmative action” and welfare, and in the ’70s and ’80s with “feminism” and got wage, age, and gender discrimination laws which further eroded the freedom of business owners…the drug war which expanded the police state, the assault weapons ban which greatly expanded the federal law enforcement purview, the Clinton attempt at socialized health-care which got expansions to Medicare/Medicaid, and the “housing inequality” claims which lead to the “community reinvestment act” which brought the housing bubble… there are more examples, but these suffice to establish the line of reasoning.
In brief, they create the problems so that they can ram “solutions” down our throats which further their agenda.

The Pot Calling the Kettle Black

President Barack Obama told Rolling Stone that Mitt Romney is a “bullshitter.” Mike Allen reports:
FIRST LOOK – Rolling Stone cover, “Obama and the Road Ahead: The Rolling Stone Interview,” by Douglas Brinkley: “We arrived at the Oval Office for our 45-minute interview … on the morning of October 11th. … As we left the Oval Office, executive editor Eric Bates told Obama that he had asked his six-year-old if there was anything she wanted him to say to the president. … [S]he said, ‘Tell him: You can do it.’ Obama grinned. … ‘You know, kids have good instincts,’ Obama offered. ‘They look at the other guy and say, “Well, that’s a bullshitter, I can tell.”’”

SILVER DEMAND IN CHINA FOR WEALTH PROTECTION TO CLIMB TO RECORD 7,700 TONS
Bloomberg reports that Chinese silver demand is set to climb nearly 10% next year as investors look to preserve their wealth. Although China as the 2nd largest world economy may be in an economic slump, investors are seeking out silver as a value alternative investment. Silver climbed 15% this year and ETF’s holding silver have gained 6.5%. Research from Beijing Antaike said that 33% of the country’s demand comes from jewellery and coins, the rest for use in photography, solar panels electrical appliances. “Many producers and investors have hoarded the precious metal in the form of ingots or unwrought silver.” After the US Fed’s QE1, (December 2008-March 2010) silver rocketed 53%, almost twice the jump as gold, and for QE2, (ending June 2011) silver rose 24%. Morgan Stanley predicts that silver will again return more than gold after QE3 was announced this September. Chinese national statistics show that jewellery sales rose 19.3% for the first eight months compared to last year. “I’m bullish on silver, so I personally have stockpiled 3 tons of it at home,” Yang Guohui, president at Hunan Yishui Rare & Precious Metals Recycling Co., said in Xiamen on Oct. 17. Yishui is based in Yongxing County, Hunan province, where about 20 percent of China’s silver is from, according to Huang Xiaoming, head of the local precious metals management bureau.

(photos of the field radio station at Brocks’ PATCON are posted at end of outline)
1. Communications is a “skills-based” activity
a. Group communications requires tactical and subject-matter experts
b. Plan (agree)
i. What needs to be accomplished
ii. Who is responsible for specific tasks
iii. When the tasks will be accomplished
c. Educate (act)
i. Determine ‘who’ needs to know ‘what’
ii. Establish and deliver the curriculum
iii. Test the knowledge
d. Practice (commit)
i. Use licensed radio services – an existing community
ii. Join local radio clubs – infrastructure, assistance

Israel’s Preemptive Sudanese Strike
Israel leveled the Yarmouk military plant complex in Sudan as a preemptive strike against Iranian missile production. This long range missile has the ability to reach Israel from Iran or the Sudan.
Iran fires missile capable of hitting Israel
(July 3 2012) Iran test-fired a ballistic missile capable of striking Israel as part of war games designed to show its ability to retaliate if attacked, media said.
…
The Shahab-3 has a range of up to 1,200 miles, which means it is theoretically able to hit Israel.
I wonder what vice-president Biden will have to say about this strike as Iran expands its weapons manufacturing base throughout the Middle East.

The bombed Sudanese factory produced Iranian Shehab missiles

Sudanese missile factory in flames
The Yarmouk Complex of military plants near Khartoum, which was bombed five minutes after midnight Wednesday, Oct. 24, by four fighter-bombers, recently went into manufacturing Iranian ballistic surface-to-surface Shehab missiles under license from Tehran, DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources disclose. Western intelligence sources have not revealed what types of Shehab were being turned out in Sudan but they believe the Yarmouk’s output was intended to serve as Tehran’s strategic reserve stock in case Iran’s ballistic arsenal was hit by Israeli bombers.
The Israeli Air Force has a long record of pre-emptive attacks for destroying an enemy’s long-range missiles in the early stages of a conflict. In June 2006, for instance, the IAF destroyed 90 percent of Hizballah’s long-range missiles in the first hours of the Lebanon war.
Videos of the explosions caused in the air raid over Sudan showed large quantities of phosphorus flares in the sky suggesting that a large stockpile was demolished along with the manufacturing equipment.
Western sources did not divulge information about the comings and goings of Iranian missile specialists or whether the Bashir government had given Tehran permission to stage attacks from Sudan against Middle East targets, in return for the allotment of a number of missiles to the Sudanese army. All they would say is that the complex’s structures had been completely leveled by the aerial bombardment and subsequent fire.

Why Did The Bundesbank Secretly Withdraw Two-Thirds Of Its London Gold?
Two days ago we reported that the German Court of Auditors demanded that the German Central Bank, the Bundesbank, verify and audit its official gold holdings consisting of 3,396 tons, held mostly offshore, namely New York, London and Paris, at least according to official documents. It also called for repatriation of 150 tons in the next three years to perform a quality inspection of the tungsten gold. Today, in a surprising development, via the Telegraph we learn that none other than the same Bundesbank which is causing endless nightmares for all the other broke European nations due to its insistence for sound money, decided to voluntarily pull two thirds of its gold holdings held by the Bank of England. According to a confidential report referenced by the Telegraph, Buba reclaimed 940 tons, reducing its BOE holdings from 1,440 in 2000 to 500 in 2001 allegedly “because storage costs were too high.” This is about as idiotic an excuse as the Fed cancelling its reporting of M3 in 2006 because “the costs of collecting the underlying data outweigh the benefits.” So why did Buba repatriate its gold? Ambrose Evans-Pritchard has an idea.
The shift came as the euro was at its weakest, slumping to $0.84 against the dollar. But it also came as the Bank of England was selling off most of Britain’s gold reserves – at market lows – on orders from Gordon Brown.
Peter Hambro, chair of the UK-listed gold miner Petropavlovsk, said the Bundesbank may have withdrawn its bullion in self-protection since it did not, apparently, have its own specifically allocated bars in London. “They may have decided that the Bank of England had lent out too much gold, and decided it was safer to bring theirs home. This is about the identification. Can you identify your own allocated gold, or are you just a general creditor with a metal account?”
The watchdog report follows claims by the German civic campaign group “Bring Back our Gold” and its US allies in the Gold Anti-Trust Committee that official data cannot be trusted. They allege central banks have loaned out or “sold short” much of their gold.
The refrain has been picked up by German legislators. “All the gold must come home: it is precisely in this crisis that we need certainty over our gold reserves,” said Heinz-Peter Haustein from the Free Democrats (FDP).
Obama’s America: The Food Stamp Nation
America has over 44 million people on Food Stamps. The food stamps program’s real name is Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
The Food Stamp program is “hidden” from view through Electronic Benefit Transfer Cards that work just as credit cards. This article visualizes the size of the program and the vast amounts of people participating.

Jim Rickards – Currency Wars Simulation
As we all sit in angst, watching the metals trade tick-by-tick, I have something rather timely for you.
I want to thank Dr. Dave Janda for making me aware of this video. It was posted to YouTube on Saturday but I have no idea when it was produced. That hardly matters. The subject matter is relevant and consistent with all of the themes here at TFMR.
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdPkaCTdxBU
As you know, I am convinced that the world will soon return to some type of gold-backed monetary system. This is not optional and it is not subject to debate. The creditor nations will, one day soon, enforce this system upon The West. To this end, China is rapidly accumulating gold, the latest summary appearing yesterday at ZeroHedge.
One of the leading proponents of the “Currency War” theory is Jim Rickards. In this video, Jim discusses the “war game” sessions in which he has participated where possible currency war scenarios are played out. You’ll find the video thought-provoking and educational but you’ll also find it to be timely. As The Cartels play their paper games and lead the spec money by the nose to their desired end, we must stay focused on the bigger picture and continue stacking metal in preparation for the inevitable outcome. Whether that end comes via the scenarios laid out here by Rickards is insignificant. The end of the current global monetary system IS coming. At least you, my dear reader, have been forewarned.

America Sues Bank of America – No Honor Among Thieves
U.S. sues Bank of America over “Hustle” mortgage fraud
The United States filed a civil mortgage fraud lawsuit against Bank of America Corp, accusing it of selling thousands of toxic home loans to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that went into default and caused more than $1 billion of losses.
Wednesday’s case, originally brought by a whistleblower, is the U.S. Department of Justice’s first civil fraud lawsuit over mortgage loans sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
It also compounds the problems that the Bank of America, second-largest U.S. bank, has faced since its disastrous 2008 purchase of Countrywide Financial Corp, once the nation’s largest mortgage lender.
According to a complaint filed in Manhattan federal court, Countrywide in 2007 invented a scheme known as the “Hustle” designed to speed up processing of residential home loans.

Final Debate Results/Thoughts
From John Ainsworth
Now with the third and final debate behind us, the final decisions are being made. Have you made your choice yet? What is your ultimate deciding factor? Are you voting for the “lesser of two evils”, and if so what do you get with that vote? What does it really accomplish? Take note of the following cartoon and pictures:
I think Charlie Brown sums up how most people feel emotionally about voting. Voting tugs at their heart strings and they honestly feel that the only real change they can advance is that of their vote. Regardless of results of past voting, they still cling to the belief that this time it will make a difference.
I think the Insanity definition sums up the reality of the facts. The problem is that emotions have and will continue to trump facts.
Do you really want change? Do you really want the truth? Are you ready for the truth and facts to trump your emotions? If you had another political choice would you exercise it? To find out more, join us on our LIVE webcast this Thursday evening, Oct. 25th at 7:00PM!!
The government today is the direct result of your choosing the lesser of two evils for generations.

The Future of Our Country Is At Stake
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klXTb-s7d9A
I agree that Obama’s re-election will destroy our federal government. The future of our country should never be considered as being in the hands of a few hundred politicians. America is more than a failed government, corrupt political parties and divided interest groups. What makes America great? We are about to rediscover what this is.

FLASH: German gold report reveals secret sales that likely were part of swaps
With the Associated Press report appended here, the German gold audit story has just exploded into the English-language press with some important revelations:
— The gold vaulted by the German central bank, the Bundesbank, with the Bank of England “has fallen ‘below 500 tons’ due to recent sales and repatriations. …” So despite the lack of official announcement, Germany lately has been selling gold from London — perhaps as part of the secret “strategic activities” grudgingly acknowledged two years ago by the Bundesbank to GATA’s friend, the German financial journalist Lars Schall:
The lack of announcement of the sale of the German gold in London suggests that the sale was actually part of a gold swap with another central bank — like the New York Fed. That is, the powerful implication here is that German gold in London was sold at the behest of the United States and in exchange Germany took title to United States gold vaulted in the United States — or title to gold supposedly vaulted in the United States. This way the Bundesbank could continue to claim ownership of the same amount of gold without lying, at least not technically.
As for the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury Department, when you rig every market you can’t worry so much about lying.
Of course such gold swaps were the target of GATA’s federal freedom-of-information lawsuit against the Federal Reserve in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, a lawsuit concluded somewhat successfully last year, having pried from the Fed an admission that it has secret gold swap arrangements with foreign banks:
— The Bundesbank is resisting accountability and has censored part of the auditors’ report in the name of protecting secrets of the central banks storing the German gold. But why should there be any secrets about it? Nobody’s asking for the combination numbers to the vaults, and the combination wouldn’t do anyone any good anyway, as the vaults are guarded. Do these secrets involve gold loans and leases and other legerdemain? That seems to be the case.
— The campaign to repatriate the German gold has gotten noticed in a big way.
— The Bundesbank has been officially reprimanded by another German government agency for negligence in its custodianship of the national gold.

JIM SINCLAIR: IF BERNANKE LEAVES, THE JIG IS UP & A MONETARY MUSHROOM CLOUD IS ON THE HORIZON!
From Jim Sinclair:
Believing what you read in the pre-election weeks, especially what is attributed to friends, is risky business. However, let us assume that there is some truth to this. What would it mean?
When Greenspan’s term was up what did it mean? It meant pretty much the end of the monetary system was at hand, and Bernanke was Greenspan’s bagman for the fallout. If Bernanke leaves then the monetary mushroom cloud is visible in the horizon and he has no tools to prevent it. The new Chairman could be nothing else but Bernanke’s bagman for a disaster of colossal proportions.
If Bernanke leaves, the jig is up.
