Scenario video…The little things will kill us

Watching this video doesn’t put things into perspective for me: it is only confirmation. The paths we take now will decide our future. Good luck with that political pathway.

I will trust in the Lord and prepare.

And This Is the Good News

When mortgage borrowers have equity in their homes, they're less likely to fall into foreclosure since they have the home's value to tap if they run into a rough financial patch.700,000 homeowners no longer underwater on mortgages

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — Thanks to improving home prices, fewer mortgage borrowers owe more on their homes than they are worth.

More than 700,000 homeowners were no longer underwater on their homes during the first quarter, according to CoreLogic.

According to the report, 11.4 million — or 23.7% — of mortgage borrowers were underwater on their homes at the end of March. That’s down from the 12.1 million, or 25.2%, of borrowers who were underwater three months earlier.

“This is a meaningful improvement that is driven by quickly improving outlooks in some of the hardest hit markets,” said Mark Fleming, CoreLogic’s chief economist.

When There Is No Safe Place

When the collapse comes, there will be no “safe” place on Earth – just know this.  The sauce of prosperity, which for decades has been a social soporific to ease the differences between a multitude of groups and factions throughout the world, is now running dry.  With hard times will come renewed dis-satisfaction and outright aggression between these various groups.  Since it will be unavoidable, it is urgent that we prepare for such circumstances.  That means being informed.

In addition to all of the historical rivalries with which we are familiar, the western world also has to deal with a new and pervasive threat from the infiltration of Islam, and particularly the radical Salafist Jihadi’ elements which have already spawned 50 years of violence in the Middle East, and which are now well rooted in every European country, as well as America.

The price of gold has been manipulated. This is more scandalous than Libor

it would appear that the Libor scandal at Barclays has acted to draw out more market figures willing to claim openly that organised price fixing has occurred in gold.

THE PEASANTS ARE SHARPENING THEIR PITCHFORKS – LANGUAGE WARNING

POSTED BY ANN BARNHARDT – JULY 11, AD 2012 6:09 PM MST
I just got an email from a retired – I’ll not call her elderly – lady who has had $50,000 of her meager retirement savings stolen in the PFG rape. She wants to enjoin a class action suit and go after not just PFG but also the NFA. I’ll quote her now, and you can extrapolate her emotional state:

I want roasted balls on a plate at this point. Preferably roasted while still on a living person… Without anesthesia.

I wouldn’t recommend focusing on castrations. I’d recommend focusing on suing the NFA. The PFG estate is almost certainly dry, and as with MF Global, JP Morgan isn’t going to turn loose of anything.

But the NFA? Oh, that’s a fat hog just begging to be stuck. Did you know that the NFA charges one cent per side on every futures and options contract traded in the United States? Stop and think about that for a moment. That is a heck of a lot of money. As a purely private organization that basically operates as the gestapo of the CFTC and of the industry cronies who sit on the boards and committees, the NFA is free to make as much money as they please – and they do. They have a massive war chest. I also would bet that the individual board members, executives and committee members probably have some pretty hefty net worths as well. Continue reading

Jobless Claims In U.S. Plunge On Fewer Auto Shutdowns – Bloomberg

Fewer Americans than forecast filed first-time claims for unemployment insurance payments last week, reflecting the volatility of applications during the annual auto-plant retooling period.

Applications for jobless benefits decreased by 26,000 in the week ended July 7 to 350,000, the fewest since March 2008, Labor Department figures showed today. Economists forecast 372,000 claims, according to the median estimate in a Bloomberg News survey. Last week’s distortion is likely to unwind slowly over coming weeks, a Labor Department spokesman said as the data was released to the press.

Automakers including Chrysler Group LLC, Ford Motor Co. (F) and Nissan Motor Co. are keeping more plants than normal open during this time of year to fulfill demand and replenish inventories. For that reason, it may take time to determine if the labor market is making any progress.

Full Frontal Of ECB’s ZIRP: Record €484 Billion Drop In Overnight Deposits

A week ago, the ECB decided to lower its deposit rate to 0%. Today, we get the first real full frontal visual of what this really means, and how banks react under ZIRP. As the ECB just reported, overnight deposits parked in its electronic basement by member banks plunged by the most on record, or €484 billion in one session. This is a lot of money. And this money has to go somewhere. Judging by the reaction in European equities, which continue sliding, bank did not put the money in stocks. Also, judging by the continued slide in the EUR and the daily record negative yields in core European bonds, banks are aggressively buying up “safe” debt, as well as that of other currencies, to place this ZIRP cash somewhere liquid regardless of location, leading to one-time strange events like yesterday’s “WTF” 10 Year auction. If indeed the case, look for some serious insanity in the form of record Direct take down in today’s 30 Year auction. Which, along with other much more weird things, is to be expected when one has a nearly half a trillion fund flow overnight, and don’t forget to add hundreds of billions in now defunct European Money Market funds which have to be parked somewhere as well. One thing is certain: goodbye 0.25% deposit income on nearly €1 trillion in mostly German and Dutch-bank sourced cash.

NCFIRE- June Crime Report

NCFIRE

We have posted the latest monthly issue of the North Carolina Crime Report by Suspected Illegal Aliens on our website; www.NCFIRE.info. This report covers crimes by suspected illegal aliens in NC for the month of June. It is 50 pages long! It can be viewed online as a pdf file here: http://www.ncfire.info/june2012.pdf.

The amount of monthly crimes by suspected illegal aliens in NC is staggering. These crimes are not compiled in any statewide database and that tends to make the problem look smaller than it really is. By issuing these reports, our goal is to draw attention to the size and scope of the problem in NC. This is not ALL of the crimes by suspected illegal aliens in NC and we do not report every crime, in every county, each month. There is simply not enough time to enter it all! That is the magnitude of the problem we are facing.

You can view the past 3 & 1/2 years worth of monthly NC crime reports on our “Crime Report Archives” page here: http://ncfire.info/crimearchives.htm

This ongoing illegal alien crime wave against NC citizens has got to stop. It is killing us: financially, emotionally and physically.

Two More US Carriers, Dozens of Mini-Subs Rushed to Hormuz

USS Dwight D. Eisenhower

Sea Fox Submersible

(DEBKAfile) As Russia and NATO continued to boost their military strength in the eastern Mediterranean, debkafile’s military sources report substantial US reinforcements, led by the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower aircraft carrier, are being rushed to the Persian Gulf opposite Iran, with dozens of unmanned underwater craft for destroying mines. The USS John C. Stennis arrives in August, raising the number of American aircraft carriers in waters off Iran to four including the USS Enterprise and the USS Abraham Lincoln, with the French Charles de Gaulle due soon to make up a fifth. The Eisenhower, which reached its new position in the first week of July, operates under the joint commands of the US Sixth (Mediterranean) and Fifth (Gulf) Fleets. Thursday, July 12, American military officials announced that the US is also dispatching to the Persian Gulf dozens of tiny, unmanned SeaFox submersibles that can detect and destroy mines if strewn by Iran to block the strategic Strait of Hormuz, the chokepoint for transporting one-fifth of the world’s oil. About 4 feet long, they each carry an underwater television camera, homing sonar and an explosive charge.  ~~~~NNNNN~~~~ Continue reading

Atheism to Defeat Religion by 2038

The follow article makes the assertion that “God will go the way of horse transportation, and for much the same reason, specifically an improved standard of living“.  If this theory is correct, then so is the converse “Religion will defeat atheism when the standard of living declines“.  This assertion will hold true even under Socialism which will degrade the standard of living (as currently seen in the United States) by excessive government spending and debt. Transferring people’s faith from God to the government is the goal of our “Federal” government but people will always back turn to God and humble themselves.
Has your standard of living increased or decreased in the past five years? Has your freedom been increased or decreased in the past eleven years? Does anyone want to test God by measuring faith by a level of affluence?
David DeGerolamo

Why we do what we do.

by Nigel Barber, Ph.D.

My blog posts on religion have attracted a lot of controversy. Religious people are annoyed by my claim that belief in God will go the way of horse transportation, and for much the same reason, specifically an improved standard of living.

The view that religious belief will give way to atheism is known as the secularization thesis. The specific version that I have described is known as the existential security hypothesis. The basic idea is that as people become more affluent, they are less worried about lacking for basic necessities, or dying early from violence or disease. In other words, they are secure in their own existence. They do not feel the need to appeal to supernatural entities to calm their fears and insecurities.

The notion that good living conditions are associated with a decline in religious belief, importance of religion, church attendance, and so forth, is supported by a mountain of evidence assembled by Pippa Norris and Ronald Inglehart in their book, Sacred and Secular, as well as numerous more recent works.

The Oval: Trust – a Two-Way Street

I watched this speech tonight and wondered if America is ready for the truth.

David DeGerolamo

They say America has a trust deficit. That we don’t trust our institutions any more. We don’t trust Congress. Or the White House. Or the Supreme Court. Everyone’s cutting deals! Everyone’s looking out for themselves! Liberals and conservatives agree – you can’t trust the media. The stories are slanted to fit an agenda… or just flat-out wrong! And you sure can’t trust the banks! If you’re late on your loan, they might foreclose on you. If you invest with them, they might sell you junk wrapped in a pretty wrapper. And we just learned this week, that they’ve been lying. Lying about the interest rate they charge each other. All so they would look better to regulators. And so they wouldn’t have to pay savers and investors as much.

How Many Checkpoints in One Morning?! Welcome to the Police State!

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDCXzqgD99o

Is it this simple to not participate in a police checkpoint? Or did the police officers see the video camera? How many of us would be willing to confront the police to stand up for our freedom?

Biderman Demands New ‘Non-Parasitic’ Constitutional Convention

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXIkw3CbKTw

The parasitic relationship in the Federal government outlined in this video has become symbiotic: one cannot survive without the other. The Constitution is not being followed now so what makes Mr. Biderman think that a ConCon based on new social networking applications will work to restore the Constitution? Can we hold our hands out and say “More Please”?
