‘Get In Line’ or ‘Resign’ Admiral Tells Military Chaplain Concerning Homosexuality

Although the U.S. Military fight and die to uphold freedom, high-level military chaplains report they are increasingly being denied freedom of conscience and freedom of speech. There is also alarm about the negative effects on troop morale over the undoing of the 237-years’ practice of providing traditional religious support for U.S. soldiers.

“We were promised that we would see no change – very little change,” says Col. Ron Crews, alluding to a two-star officer’s assurance that the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” repeal would not impede the ministry of military chaplains. That promise, he says, has not been kept.

Col. Crews, executive director of Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty, was speaking at a panel along with military chaplains and religious freedom activists during the 2012 National Religious Freedom Conference in Washington D.C on May 24.  Continue reading

Gold Gone to China…For Good?

London Good Delivery bars are being delivered to Eastern buyers. Instead of being vaulted inside the LBMA system, these bars are being sent directly to refiners. The bars are then being melted and recast in 1 kilogram sizes. The new bars are then being stamped with official, government insignia and sent on to vaults outside of the LBMA system and points east, never to return again.

What does this mean and why is this important? Quite clearly this information, if accurate, has several significant ramifications:

  • The Chinese and others are preparing for a new system. Whether it’s simply a new gold pricing and delivery system to replace the LBMA/Comex or whether it’s a new global trade settlement system that is guaranteed with gold is impossible to say, at this point.
  • The physical gold supply of the LBMA and secondarily the Comex, much of which has been acquired/supplied through leasing, is being rapidly depleted and will not be coming back.
  • The bullion banks, which have profited for years from leasing, trading, vaulting and the like, are about to feel the rather dramatic effects of this supply depletion.

Ask yourself these questions:

  • If you vault gold within the current system, do you really own it?
  • If the banks begin to scramble for physical metal, will paper price trade higher or lower?
  • If the Chinese and others are planning for a new, international trade settlement system to supplant the U.S. dollar as reserve currency, what does that mean for the future value of the dollar? What would that mean for the future value of all fiat currency? What would that mean for the future value of gold and silver?

Will Toledo, Ohio Be The First Major American City To Be Owned By China?

It has been said that there are two ways to conquer and enslave a nation.  One way is by using the sword, and the other is by using debt.  Fortunately, America is not in danger of being conquered by the sword right now, but America is being conquered by debt.  The borrower is the servant of the lender, and today we owe China more than a trillion dollars.  By running a gigantic trade deficit with us, China has been able to become incredibly wealthy.  We have begged them to lend us back some of the money that we have sent them and this has made them even wealthier.  Now China is gobbling up U.S. real estate and U.S. assets at an astounding pace.  In fact, some cities are in danger of becoming completely dominated by Chinese ownership.  One of those cities is Toledo, Ohio.  In many “rust belt” areas, real estate can be had for a song, and the Chinese are taking full advantage of this.  America was once the wealthiest nation on earth, but now we are drowning in debt and we are being sold off in chunks to the highest bidder.  Is this the legacy that we are going to leave for future generations?

According to a recent Fortune article, Chinese investors have been very busy purchasing distressed commercial real estate in Toledo lately….

In March 2011, Chinese investors paid $2.15 million cash for a restaurant complex on the Maumee River in Toledo, Ohio. Soon they put down another $3.8 million on 69 acres of newly decontaminated land in the city’s Marina District, promising to invest $200 million in a new residential-commercial development. That September, another Chinese firm spent $3 million for an aging hotel across a nearby bridge with a view of the minor league ballpark.

Obama’s Only Successful Shovel Ready Project – Getting Michelle Out of the House

Friend —

For the first 10 years of our marriage, Barack and I lived in an apartment in my hometown of Chicago.

The winters there can be pretty harsh, but no matter how snowy or icy it got, Barack would head out into the cold — shovel in hand — to dig my car out before I went to work.

In all our years of marriage, he’s always looked out for me. Now, I see that same commitment every day to you and to this country.

The only way we’ll win this election is if we can rely on one another like that, all the way to November 6th. Barack is working hard, but he can’t do this alone — he needs your help.

Make a donation today to build this campaign — when you do, you’ll be automatically entered to join Barack and me for a casual dinner:

https://donate.barackobama.com/Barack-and-Me

Your flight, your meal, your accommodations — that’s all taken care of. Just bring yourself and a guest, and get ready to enjoy a good meal together.

Thanks,

Michelle

A Letter to Paul Stam – Looks Like Tyranny Is Losing Ground

Presented with no comment although it is hard when it comes to Paul “Skip” Stam.
David DeGerolamo
From: Linda Harper

Subject: Saturday July 21.

Mr. Stam,

After receiving the following information (from Diane Rufino), we have decided that since we are Citizens for Constitutional Liberties, we want a speaker who helps promote government that is more in line with the Constitution to speak at our Constitution Seminar on Saturday, July 21.  But thank you so much for being willing to come and speak.

Individual liberty is only protected and enlarged when constitutional limits are respected, the checks and balances work as intended, and the states are diligent guardians of those “reserved” powers referred to in the Tenth Amendment. House Majority Leader Stam has told Founder’s Truth that he doesn’t believe in the state’s power to second-guess or question the powers of the federal government.  What that tells me is that the federal government is our master and our state leadership likes it that way.    North Carolina appears to be a federal cling-on rather than a  sovereign state. Mr. Stam called Nullification (the “Rightful” states’ rights remedy to limit the size and scope of the federal government, as Thomas Jefferson himself articulated) an outdated racist doctrine.  I didn’t know Mr. Stam knew more about the Constitution and founding principles than Jefferson.  I know lawyers can be quite cocky and Stam is a lawyer, but I think his position is more than arrogant.  Especially when one of the most notable times in our history that Nullification was used effectively was by the Wisconsin state supreme court to protect run-away slaves from the Fugitive Slave Law of 1850, which it declared was unconstitutional under the Tenth Amendment.  So how could Mr. Stam call it a racist doctrine?

We Are Enslaving Ourselves (and Our Children)

On GBTV June 19th, 2012, Glenn laid out four key ways in which the American people were start to enslave themselves: 1) slave to a master 2) slave to debt 3) slave to illiteracy and 4) slave to ignorance. While some of these concepts are well known, there are ways in which people across the world are allowing themselves to succumb to slavery.

Cherokee County Commissioners’ Public Hearing – Budgeting for Agenda 21

The above video was filmed in Murphy, North Carolina on June 18, 2012. This commissioners’ meeting was presented as a public forum to give input on the upcoming fiscal year’s county operating budget. Dr. Dan Eichenbaum gives a presentation on the Southwestern Commission’s role in Agenda 21 using their own publication. Cherokee County provides $18,000 of taxpayers’ monies to support this commission. As seen in this video, the citizens in attendance were against funding this commission. Commission Steve Jordan (D) made a motion after the presentation to defund the commission for one year. Commissioners Lorraine Meltz (R) and David Wood (R) would not second his motion so no further action could be taken and neither dissenting commissioner would be on record as voting for an Agenda 21 agency.

More from DHS Insider – Canada Free Press

Here are highlights from an article on Canada Free Press. This is the second article from a DHS insider outlining the alleged inner workings of the Obama administration.

David DeGerolamo

It’s the economy, stupid

Despite the fact our economy is on life support, DHS will be budgeting another trillion dollars in surveillance measures and equipment for police state tactics for two reasons. The first is to protect the politicians and the elite who are concerned about their physical safety, and rightfully so. This is why you hear no meaningful objections from either party, because both sides are benefiting, at different levels, from the controlled economic meltdown.

THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY SYSTEM AFTER THE FINANCIAL CRISIS

This “occasional paper” from the European Central Bank was released on February 2011. So the European bankers have known for over a year that a financial crisis will occur that will necessitate changes in the IMS including:

Finally, the question has been recently raised again of the role of gold in the IMS. (Zoellick, 2010) argues that the IMS “should also consider employing gold as an international reference point of market expectations about inflation, defl ation and future currency values”. While this would not, of course, imply any sort of formal role for gold as a revived anchor for the IMS, Zoellick sees gold as an alternative store of value, especially if uncertainty about the future role of different currencies were to prevail during the period of transition towards a truly multipolar currency system.

It is good to know that Europe will be taking care of the transfer of the dollar to a basket of currencies and gold.

One of the things that’s really unique about this part of the world is having access to so many people with first-hand experience of living under Soviet rule.

It’s a bizarre thing to say, but the stories they have to tell are extraordinary.

Last night I had dinner with some friends, including one woman who was just a child at the end of World War II.

She explained to me that her family had been wealthy landowners near the capital city… until the Soviet-controlled government came in, confiscated all of their property, and shipped the adults off to Siberia.

“There were so many opportunities to leave beforehand,” she explained, ”but they just never thought things would ever get that bad here. Everyone saw what happened in other countries, but my family never expected that it would happen to them.”

‘Sustainability’: UN plot?

Glen Bradley

The most interesting debate of Monday night’s House session was over a bill to extend the Local Food Advisory Council. Some GOP members say it’s part of a UN plot to subvert US sovereignty.

The measure, Senate Bill 491, simply extends the Local Food Advisory Council’s mandate for three years. It has the support of Republican Commissioner of Agriculture Steve Troxler.

Nonetheless, two GOP House members argued it’s part of a United Nations conspiracy, because the board’s charter includes the term “sustainable.”

Rep. Glen Bradley tried to amend the bill to remove the word from the panel’s mission. He said the term “sustainable” is government doublespeak, intended to “lull the public into complacency.”

Bradley warned his colleagues that “sustainability” is part of the UN’s Agenda 21.

The following information is from an email that I have received from more than one source:

Here are the Republicans who voted with Democrats to defeat Rep. Bradley’s amendment to strip pro-Agenda 21 language from the Food Advisory Council’s charter. They joined with Joe Hackney to provide the swing vote; most Republicans voted with Bradley and AGAINST Agenda 21.  Clearly, the below Reps agree with the Southern Poverty Law Center , which claims that Agenda 21 doesn’t exist, and is just an “anti-government conspiracy theory.” Continue reading
