Biden: Tea Party stopped us from growing economy

Vice President Joe Biden admitted to a group of supporters in New Hampshire this afternoon that the President would have been able help the economy “much, more” if the Tea Party hadn’t taken the House.

Biden showed the audience the Obama campaigns chart of job growth during the President’s first term in office and accused the Tea Party for stalling the recovery, because of the debt limit fight.

“Imagine where we’d be if the Tea Party hadn’t taken control of the House of Representatives,” Biden said adding that they were “a group set on obstructionism.”

“They have one overwhelming goal: prevent President Obama from a second term, with no – apparently no care of the consequences to the economy,” he said. Biden insisted that the president persevered in spite of their obstruction and demonstrated “important progress” that could be measured.

Germany to Issue “Zero Coupon” Bonds Tomorrow

(Zerohedge)  Germany will, for the first time, sell two-year bonds on Wednesday that won’t make scheduled interest rate payments, a ringing endorsement of the safe appeal of German debt and a reflection of increased market nervousness over the composition and direction of the euro zone.


The German federal government Tuesday set a zero coupon on a new issue of two-year federal Treasury notes, or Schatz. Germany will auction €5 billion ($6.41 billion) of the two-year note on Wednesday.

While other countries have sold zero-coupon bonds in the past, these offerings were designed as such to meet demand from a certain group of investors rather than being a reflection of a country’s slumping borrowing costs.

John Boehner Supporting Permanent Tax Slavery

John Boehner is supporting the Ex-PATRIOT Act from Sen. Schumer and Sen. Casey. The United States has been classified as a police state, a tyrannical government, a fascist government and a dictatorship. It is difficult to classify our nation as a free Republic as intended by our founding fathers when people and corporations are fleeing to escape excessive taxation. We fought a Revolution based on the restoration of our God given Liberty. No taxation without representation meant the British government was not paying the colonists for the fruits of their labor by not allowing their interests to be represented in Parliament. They considered the theft of their labor to be slavery. Put this simple concept into the context of the Ex-PATRIOT Act below.

Our government is not representing the people. Does this mean that our only recourse is Revolution? Our founding fathers warned us of the consequences of vain and aspiring men. They also told us what our duty must be if we are to be free. Continue reading →

The article below outlines how the Muslim Brotherhood and Al-Qaeda in Syria are obtaining anti-tank arms secretly from the Obama administration’s directive to “up the military stake in the effort to oust Assad”. The stakes are high in Syria due to the strategic Russian naval base in Tartus. This is not about a civil war in Syria but a game of chess between Russia and the United States and the probability of a world war as a consequence is increasing. “Free and Fair” Election Tomorrow?

Will Egypt have it’s first-ever “Free and Fair” election tomorrow?  This is the claim in the hype(r)media… but I doubt what happens tomorrow in Egypt will come close to being either “free” or “fair”.  Transitions are always difficult times, and while some opportunists have good intentions, most do not.

I expect a substantial amount of corruption, controversy, and violence will come along with the ballot boxes, which is not the same as saying I expect it to depart with them.  Rather, I expect that with the election, Egypt is entering upon a new chapter in its struggle for freedom, and that this chapter will actually be more “messy” than those it has already passed through.  Elections are the last stage of a successful ‘hearts and minds’ campaign, not the first.

Obama’s plan for an economic recovery in Europe is simple: abandon austerity measures and concentrate on growth. The real message is “everything will be fine after the next election: just kick the flexible can down the road”. Sentient people know that spending money that you cannot repay is theft. Rationalizing growth over austerity only allows politicians to collect more tax revenue; it does not pay down the debt. Even if this was a valid course of action, when did any politician pay down debt in Washington since Thomas Jefferson? The reality of wishing for a better future in Japan is shown below.

When Dimon speaks, Obama jumps as high as if he was a union leader. Dimon even is able to influence the Federal Reserve as recently seen when Bernanke released the results of the banks’ stress tests early. Remember MF Global’s theft of private property without repercussions? JP Morgan was the bank which received it. Ever wonder why Jon Corzine is not in jail? Jamie Dimon is the answer. Ultra-Nationalist Wins in Serbia – Regional Tensions High

Tomislav Nikolic, a former supporter and political ally of Slobodan Milosovic, has been elected President of Serbia over the weekend, which begs the question, “are the Balkans getting ready to boil over once again?”  There are indications that the aggravated separatism of the Macedonian/Balkan region never dissipated – it just went under ground.  With the election of Nikolic, who is a well documented radical nationalist with close ties to the violent regime of Slobodan Milosovic a decade ago, partisan political agitation among the dozens of socio-ethnic groups, culminating in violent uprisings, is again coming to center stage in the region.

After five Macedonian men were found killed near Skopje in Mid April, the ethnic tensions in the Republic of Macedonia seem to be getting worse by the hour.  That’s why all viable solutions must be considered in order to avoid some new horror scenario for the entire Balkans.   It won’t be fair to say that the recent murders near the Macedonian capital Skopje have opened the Pandora’s box of ethnic tensions between the Slavic Macedonians and the ethnic Albanians because that box has been wide open since before the brief civil war in 2001. Black Swan Siting?

If the French nationalize their banks as outlined this past weekend, this could cause a Black Swan scenario by collapsing the Euro. Whatever economic, political or natural catastrophe causes the final economic collapse, we can be assured of three facts:

1. We will not see it coming.
2. We have no control over it.
3. Once the dominos start falling, the cascade will not stop.

Illegal Aliens Riot in Mississippi

(CNN) — Authorities said early Monday they had put down a prison riot that claimed the life of a guard as it continued into the late evening Sunday.  A 23-year-old guard died of head injuries in the disturbance at the Adams County Correctional Facility in Natchez, Mississippi, according to county coroner James Lee.

“At one time, I know that at least 24 or 25 hostages were being held,” Adams County Sheriff Chuck Mayfield said Monday. “However, now all employees are out safely.”

The Natchez facility is a 2,567-bed prison that houses adult men who are in the United States illegally and charged with crimes.

‘SNL’ ridicules MSNBC ‘PoliticsNation’ host Al Sharpton

This weekend’s broadcast of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” took up what was probably one of the show’s easier scripts, which mocked MSNBC’s Al Sharpton, the host of the show “PoliticsNation.”

In the skit, Sharpton, played by Kenan Thompson, stumbled through an interview with a “Jip Morgan” executive, played by host Mick Jagger. Sharpton also spoke with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, played by Fred Armisen, and “Peter Panache” of an Alaskan seafood “canary,” played by Jason Sudeikis.

The Camp David Declaration – Clueless or Complicit?

The White House has released the “Camp David Declaration”.  The Preamble is followed by 39 points which few will read. No solutions are presented: statements are made to “address major global economic and political challenges”. Imagine if this had been a business meeting of a large corporation which is facing bankruptcy due to a multitude of factors. If solutions are not presented and adopted, the corporation will cease to exist. Now imagine the board of directors issuing a “declaration” in which no actions were developed other than to continue to address the issues discussed in the meeting.

For those people who have a basic understanding of economics, spare yourselves: it is obvious that the purpose of these leaders is to undermine the global economy. For those readers who follow Agenda 21, start at item10. Foreign policy is concentrated on politically correct Islamist terrorism appeasement.
