The judiciary is out of control without any oversight and we are suffering the consequences. This is not what our “Framers” had in mind and warned us that this would happen. Can you imagine trying to explain to our founding fathers the concept of an activist judge? President Jefferson unsuccessfully tried to incorporate a way to remove a judge from the Supreme Court through a Congressional vote. If he had been successful, we would have a completely different country today. When was the last time the Supreme Court did anything but collect a paycheck to help the country?

After what may be the most impressive cyber attack in history, Iran allegedly took control and possession of one of our RQ-170 Sentinel drones. Whether the success of this effort is the reason for increasing their cyber-warfare activities, the one billion dollars that they are allocating is a large program for Iran. The report below states that they will be funding both offensive and defensive capabilities.
Let’s hope that our president is more forceful with Iran if they are able to take control of one of our B-2 stealth bombers. Realistically, Iran will target our national electric grid first and water utilities second. China has already successfully attacked our water supply operations by damaging water pumps through cyber attacks.

Fifty occupiers were arrested today (December 17th, 2011) in New York City. Most law-abiding citizens are probably thinking this is a good thing. We can let the occupiers continue to test the limits of authority for the rest of the country.
I watched a video today made by a young veteran who made a statement that has troubled me. He asserted that when Northcom comes to put down the upcoming civil unrest by the occupy movement, it will show America that posse comitatus is no longer in effect. This will impact all of us since it will show us that the government has abandoned all pretenses of being a government of the people.

The new spending bill passed by Congress has a provision to defund enforcement of the incandescent light bulb ban until October 1, 2012. This is being hailed as a victory for the Republican party. As usual, I have some questions concerning this “victory”.

Even though most Americans have become very frustrated with this economy, the reality is that the vast majority of them still have no idea just how bad our economic decline has been or how much trouble we are going to be in if we don’t make dramatic changes immediately. If we do not educate the American people about how deathly ill the U.S. economy has become, then they will just keep falling for the same old lies that our politicians keep telling them. Just “tweaking” things here and there is not going to fix this economy. We truly do need a fundamental change in direction. America is consuming far more wealth than it is producing and our debt is absolutely exploding. If we stay on this current path, an economic collapse is inevitable. Hopefully the crazy economic numbers from 2011 that I have included in this article will be shocking enough to wake some people up.
At this time of the year, a lot of families get together, and in most homes the conversation usually gets around to politics at some point. Hopefully many of you will use the list below as a tool to help you share the reality of the U.S. economic crisis with your family and friends. If we all work together, hopefully we can get millions of people to wake up and realize that “business as usual” will result in a national economic apocalypse.

Janet Napolitano has joined Eric Holder’s attack on Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona. The press release below has already convicted Sheriff Arpaio of discrimination. This conviction includes the termination of MCSO’s 287(g) agreement. Whether this action is in retaliation for his investigation into Obama’s eligibility to be president or a means to dismantle the rule of law, Sheriff Joe is in Obama’s crosshairs.

The media is reporting the demise of the TEA Party and the rise of the Occupation. The following report disputes this assertion but what is the premise? Is the TEA Party becoming a mouthpiece for the Republican party or are they influencing the candidates in the GOP elections? The reports out of Washington state that half of the TEA Party Congressmen have not lived up to expectations from the 2010 elections.

The Obama administration is now voicing concern about Iran’s nuclear uranium enrichment program. Where have they been for the past 3 years? So Iran is only weeks away from 20% enriched uranium (weapons usable grade). The article below comes from the Jerusalem Post.
