We Are No Longer A Country Where “All Men Are Created Equal”
As we celebrate the 4th of July holiday this weekend, we should carefully consider the following words from the Declaration of Independence:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
These words are no longer true in our nation. The Department of Justice has implemented and followed a policy designed to make certain races and religions immune from prosecution. The latest example is a decision by the DOJ to not prosecute a Muslim extremist despite objections of federal investigators. This particular case was filed and subsequently dropped against Omar Ahmed and Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). Judicial Watch has sued the DOJ for documents detailing this decision since “it certainly appears that Justice officials dropped this case in order to appease radical Islamic groups. The pattern of this Justice Department is to stonewall even the most basic requests for information under the law. The cover-up and secrecy is, frankly, like nothing we’ve ever seen.”

The Nationalist Myth and the Fourth of July

This weekend, millions of Americans will gather in stadiums across the country to celebrate a myth — one that has been carefully constructed over many years to elicit the highest levels of emotion and devotion, while just as carefully concealing the historical facts which undermine it. The myth: we commemorate the birth of our nation on the Fourth of July.
The truth is that there was no birth of an American nation on 4 July 1776. Instead, there was merely a joint declaration of independence of thirteen States from their former allegiance to the British Crown — an allegiance that each, while in their colonial character, owed separately, not collectively, to the King via their individual charters. The official title of this declaration was “The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America.” This was a shortened form of “The unaminous Declaration of Georgia, New York, Virginia, Massachusetts, etc.” According to the rules of English grammar, the lower case letter in the word “united” rendered it an adjective rather than a part of the proper noun which followed, thus identifying their association with each another as one of purpose, not of a political nature. Prior to 1781, the closest the several States had ever come to establishing a common political bond between themselves was the First Continental Congress, which met briefly in Philadelphia in 1774 and consisted of delegates from twelve of the colonies (Georgia was not represented), chosen to consider an economic boycott of British trade and to petition King George III for a redress of their grievances. The Second Continental Congress was simply a reconvening of the First, for the purpose of organizing the defense of the colonies against British invasion and whose power was limited to issuing resolutions which had no legally binding authority whatsoever over any of the thirteen coloinies. In fact, the resolutions of the Congress and its requests for funding for the Continental Army were frequently ignored.

Rush Limbaugh Is Right: We Have A Child President
Rush Limbaugh often refers to president Obama as “the manchild”. The president oftens displays the characteristics of a child: temper tantrums, narcissism, failure to accept responsibility for his actions and the lack of sentient thought.

China Prepares for War with US …
The Navy Bought Fake Chinese Microchips That Could Have Disarmed U.S. Missiles

Last year, the U.S. Navy bought 59,000 microchips for use in everything from missiles to transponders and all of them turned out to be counterfeits from China.
Wired reports the chips weren’t only low-quality fakes, they had been made with a “back-door” and could have been remotely shut down at any time.
If left undiscovered the result could have rendered useless U.S. missiles and killed the signal from aircraft that tells everyone whether it’s friend or foe.

Glenn Beck Attacked in New York
Glenn Beck described an evening in New York where he and his family were attacked by other people watching a movie in the park. Someone kicked or threw wine on his wife’s back and their blanket. You can read more about this incident but the article left out what I considered an important part of the story that Mr. Beck mentioned on the radio: no one came to his defense.

Control Room at Fort Calhoun Is Not Flooded
The chairman for the NRC, Gregory Jaczko toured the flooded Ft. Calhoun Nuclear Plant on June 27th, 2011. After his tour, he declared that vital equipment remains dry which is encouraging after plant operators gave him a life jacket when he arrived.
Rumors that the control room is flooded are unfounded and if this plant is similar to any of the three that I worked on, the control room is several stories above ground floor. Although this situation is not comparable to Fukushima Daiichi where fifteen metric tons of radioactive waste have leaked out from a storage tank, a nuclear plant which has been flooded for three weeks and has water leaking into the facility does not inspire any confidence in the plant’s operations or the NRC.

Marxism in America
The excerpt and video below outline the views of Gen. Jerry Boykin concerning the Marxist takeover of our country. Whether we call it Tyranny, Socialism, Communism, Marxism or One World Order, our country’s future is not based on freedom and natural rights under God unless we act now. Instead of looking forward to who will be the Republican candidate in the 2012 presidential elections, look to what Congress has not accomplished (or not stopped) since the GOP took control of the House of Representatives.
- The debt ceiling as mandated by law has been ignored: spending is out of control.

Who Is Really at Fault at Fort Calhoun?
The Fort Calhoun Nuclear Power Station shown above is currently shut down for refueling. Makeshift levees and a broken water berm have now led to water leaking into the plant. Since the Nuclear Regulatory Commission had cited this plant in June, 2010 for not having “adequate procedures to protect the intake structure and auxiliary building against external flooding events”, why did it take three weeks for NRC Chairman Gregory Jaczko (Obama appointee, May, 2009) to inspect the Fort Calhoun plant today (June 27th) since initial flooding started?

Forget About the 2nd Amendment…
And avoid the tortuous reference of the infamous 14th Amendment to argue application to the individual via “incorporation” (McDonald v Chicago).
They sought a declaration that the ban and several re-lated City ordinances violate the Second and Fourteenth Amendments. Rejecting petitioners’ argument that the ordinances are unconstitutional, the court noted that the Seventh Circuit previously had upheld the constitutionality of a handgun ban, that Heller had explicitly refrained from opining on whether the Second Amendment applied to the States, and that the court had a duty to follow established Circuit precedent. The Seventh Circuit affirmed, relying on three 19th-century cases—United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U. S. 542, Presser v. Illinois, 116 U. S. 252, and Miller v. Texas, 153 U. S. 535— which were decided in the wake of this Court’s interpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment’s Privileges or Immunities Clause in the Slaughter-House Cases, 16 Wall. 36.
