The Courts Are Just Throwing Matches At The Powder Keg

Everyone’s heads are exploding this morning, while I just continue to laugh.

It is surreal watching the country crumble in real time.

Why must we be dragged kicking and screaming into this battle that is inevitable?

Lets just continue to vote. Everything is fine.

Silence Is No Longer an Option

US Constitution

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

Donald Trump banned from Colorado ballot in historic ruling by state’s Supreme Court

A divided Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday declared former President Donald Trump ineligible for the White House under the U.S. Constitution’s insurrection clause and removed him from the state’s presidential primary ballot, setting up a likely showdown in the nation’s highest court to decide whether the front-runner for the GOP nomination can remain in the race.

The decision from a court whose justices were all appointed by Democratic governors marks the first time in history that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has been used to disqualify a presidential candidate.

“A majority of the court holds that Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment,” the court wrote in its 4-3 decision.

More…

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This ruling in Colorado will be overturned by the US Supreme Court. The 14th amendment does not apply to Donald Trump’s actions on January 6th or to the conditions imposed by the 14th amendment.
However, do not be assuaged back into complacency: lawfare by the traitors who stole the 2020 elections has been exposed on a national scale. This upcoming year will mark changes to our nation and possibly the overt deconstruction of the country.
If you value your Liberty, stand your ground. Train, prepare and let God temper your faith. We have to rely on Divine Providence because the war is now upon us.
This war will come at us from multiple fronts: economic, terrorist attacks, asset forfeiture and falsely incarcerating political prisoners. It may also come at us via false flags or by other countries who are controlling whoever is supposedly in charge of the US federal government such as China.
The lines are clearly drawn: you will either support evil or you will fight evil:
Silence is no longer an option.
The Gray Radiance
I finished reading the Gray Radiance by Robert Gore last night. The preface in the book by Mr. Gore requests that reviews should not contain spoilers and hopefully I will not unintentionally do so.
This is the second book of a planned trilogy. I have previously reviewed The Golden Pinnacle and recommend reading it also. The Gray Radiance is a novel concerning the Vietnam War (and WWII) and intelligence agencies. There are no footnotes, citations or bibliography in this novel for differentiating fact from fiction. When I finished the book, I had two thoughts:
  1. I found that I had enjoyed The Golden Pinnacle much more and wondered why. I believe that I related more to the character of Daniel Durand and the time frame of The Golden Pinnacle. A rags to riches story set in the second half of the nineteenth century was a golden time for this country and the American Dream. While Daniel Durand had his setbacks in life, he left a great legacy. While Nick in The Gray Radiance was also a well defined character, I did not relate to him as I have never had any intention of being a reporter. The main time frame of the book was the 1960s and the main focus was the Vietnam War. This war was not a pleasant time in my life or those who did come back from combat in that war.
  2. The second thought was the topic of the final book in this trilogy. Would it be the the COVID-19 pandemic, the stolen 2020 elections, the war in Ukraine or the war in the Gaza Strip? Any of these topics would be an effective follow up to the evil outlined in The Gray Radiance.
This is another good novel by Mr. Gore and I am highly recommending it.
$50 Million a Day
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If 10,000 people are entering the US illegally every day, then simple math means $50 million a day is being given away every day on debit cards. The icing on the cake: 10,000 cell phones and plane tickets are also given away at a conservative estimate of another $5 million.

The above figures do not include the costs associated with DHS and the border patrol to make sandwiches for them. Keep this information in mind when you have to make decisions concerning skipping meals and fewer (or no) Christmas presents this year.

That’s Just Crazy Talk! You Conspiracy Theorist Have Lost Your Mind!

Two new films, the Obama-produced ‘Leave the World Behind’ on Netflix and Alex Garland’s ‘Civil War,’ have been wrapped up in the right’s latest conspiracy.

The trailer for Civil War, a new film about the crack up of America from Alex Garland and A24, dropped like a bomb on the internet. The film is coming out next year in April, it’ll tell the story of a war journalist, played by Kirsten Dunst, traveling with her family across the U.S. as the country goes to war with itself. Right wing grifters online have already decided that the film is “predictive programming”—an example of shadowy deep state elites using their control of the media to prepare the population for an actual civil war.

This is, of course, bullshit.
