NC Renegades

The current news is on hold to see if Israel will send its military into the Gaza Strip. If this “red line” crossed, Iran will enter into the war along with Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and probably Iraq. Saudi Arabia and Egypt will follow at some point in the future with Turkey’s role up in the air.

Two points:

1. The news cycle is dominated by Israel’s actions. Every other issue/war/event/criminal acts are on hold. Even the Ukrainian war and Russia’s current offensive are on the back burner. It kind of makes you wonder if this is just a diversion for the West even if it leads to WWIII.
2. What was the purpose of Hamas’s attack on innocent Israeli citizens? I know that some soldiers were attacked at a military base but the majority of the people killed were unarmed men, women and children. The answer is simple: Hamas wanted a spark to unify a coordinated Muslim attack on Israel. This attack had to be so egregious that Israel would have no other recourse than retaliate.

We may wake up tomorrow morning to a new world: a new world war and a new world order. I will still be able to compartmentalize the different tactics and people responsible for these events especially our “leaders” who overthrew our Republic. Do not forget that they want us dead and religion has nothing to do with their end game.

Language warning. Legitimate questions.

While the House has no Speaker and the Senate is down because Schumer is in China, I have to ask why we need Congress? It certainly is not fulfilling its intended purpose under the Constitution. Regulations by three letter agencies and executive orders are the mainstay of the legislative body of the government. What if we gave them all a battle rifle and sent them to the southern border to stop the invasion?

The pResident is not capable of running the executive branch and the Supreme Court would not vitiate the 2020 elections that usurped the Constitution. Who is running the government and why are we letting the country collapse without any resistance?

The Bible passage above was a reminder from Hammers Thor in the comment section. As incredible as it is, the powers that be have found yet another event to divide us. Forget about the origins of COVID-19, Biden’s criminal network, war in Ukraine, the southern border invasion, racism, educational malfaisance and even more issues that were used to divide us. Or maybe more aptly, divert us from the truth as the world collapses into chaos (at least for the West).

This is now a good time to be vigilant and faithful to the Lord. While this is always a good philosophy for living a righteous life, some times are more trying as our souls are tempered by evil than seems to be omnipresent. I will suggest that the current crisis of the day does not require us to make a binary choice: Hamas (Islam) vs. Israel (Judaism). While many feel that Christians are required to support Israel, we are able to support good over evil as we are led.

Pray for discernment and the ability to see the true light in the darkness. As for me, I see this as an opportunity to walk His path in this life as He lights my footsteps. I will not support evil in any form or look for gradations of good in evil places as a justification for not acting. How do we win as the forces of evil appear to be overwhelming?

Act so that God will hold us guiltless.

Syria said Israeli forces launched simultaneous missile attacks on the airports in its capital Damascus and the northern city of Aleppo on Thursday, damaging the runways and putting both hubs out of service.

This is an act of war against Syria. It is a tactic to draw Iran into the conflict to have the West commit their support (blood and treasure) for Israel. If Israel comes to the point where their national integrity is at risk, they will release nuclear missiles into Iran.
