PNC, JPMorgan putting in final bids for First Republic Bank in FDIC auction
PNC Financial Services Group (PNC.N), JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N) and Citizens Financial Group Inc (CFG.N) were among banks that submitted final bids for First Republic Bank (FRC.N) on Sunday in an auction being run by U.S. regulators, sources familiar with the matter said.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp had been expected to announce a deal on Sunday night, with the regulator likely to say at the same time that it had seized the lender, three sources previously told Reuters.

On the modern battlefield, the commander has access to an ever-growing volume of information from which to assess the situation and lead his command. He must quickly assimilate this information in order to influence the outcome of the operation; prioritize and allocate resources; assess and take risks; and understand the needs of higher and subordinate commanders. The commander depends upon a skilled G2 (S2) working within his intent to effectively direct and control his IEW effort. The ACE equipped with the ASAS is the G2’s (S2’s) primary organization for controlling IEW operations and producing intelligence.
MISSION
The mission of the ACE is to perform collection management; produce all-source intelligence; provide IEW technical control; and disseminate intelligence and targeting data. The ACE supports the commander in executing battle command and planning future missions across the range of military operations.
ORGANIZATION
The ACE integrates the missions, functions, and resources of the former technical control and analysis element (TCAE) and TOC support element (TOCSE) at corps, division, separate brigade, and ACR. At theater Army, the ACE replaces the Echelons Above Corps Intelligence Center (EACIC) and the TCAE. As the ACT, it replaces the IEW support element (IEWSE) and improves support at the divisional maneuver brigade. The ACE centralizes analysis and collection management in one organization under the operational control (OPCON) of the G2 (S2). The formation of the ACE goes beyond consolidation or collocation. The ACE provides balance to all-source analysis products and synergy to the execution of CI, human intelligence (HUMINT), IMINT, and SIGINT operations.
THEATER ARMY:
At theater Army, the ACE is organic to the operations battalion of the theater Army MI brigade. Under the direction of the theater Army G2, it works closely with the theater Joint Intelligence Center (JIC) to support the ground forces intelligence requirements of the theater Army commander and subordinates. The theater Army ACE is an integral element in IEW support to joint operations and the subordinate ground component. It supports the G2, and subordinate Army Force (ARFOR) by maintaining and deconflicting the theater’s databases on contingency area threat ground forces. The ACE, like the JIC, is an all-source intelligence center that gathers and disseminates intelligence in response to the commander’s requirements. In war or OOTW, the ACE complements the JIC and, with service component augmentation, can become the joint intelligence element of a joint task force (JTF). The common features of the ACE and JIC contribute to effective joint intelligence support of ARFOR units in war and OOTW.
The corps ACE develops all-source intelligence needed to support corps contingency planning and operations. The ACE is organic to the operations battalion of the corps MI brigade although under the OPCON of the corps G2. The scope of corps ACE operations differs from those at lower echelons, although the basic process remains the same. The ACE links into a network of specialized single discipline intelligence collection assets and processors. The mix of these systems and access to joint intelligence activities are tailored to the specific demands of the operation and availability of resources.
So the time is here that we all knew was coming. Do you have an ACE set up in your area of operations? Do you have communications set up with protocols in place? Do you have ATAK software running at a base station?
There are reasons that I am posting the above information and questions. The first question that needs to be addressed is one of operational security. How do you know who is trustworthy? What is the level of trust: even a high level of trust can be compromised by blackmail and threats when the government is evil and not bound by the law.
I have two points for your consideration that were discussed this weekend:
How do you evaluate trust and ensure the operational security of your community? We know what the government is capable of doing as the facts of the January 6th “insurrection” are now coming out. We know that the truth is not relevant as people sit in jail for misdemeanors in poor conditions. We know that no one is coming to save us.
Trust has practical limitations. I may trust someone but that does not mean I have to give them information or intelligence that they do not need to know. I also take no offense if I am not given information or intelligence that I do not need to know. Operational security supersedes unnecessary information/intelligence transfers.
During one discussion concerning these points, I was asked of me what conditions would it take to “break” me or my trust. I replied that I understand that the evil we face is capable of anything. Why would I trust them to keep their word? How would the Lord judge me for colluding with evil? As General Flynn found out, they will threaten your family. If they are confident that they can coerce people by harming their loved ones, they will always put your loved ones in jeopardy even if you do cooperate. That is what evil does.
The short answer is that you cannot compromise with evil. Finding people who understand this is our greatest problem. Where to start? You must find what I call “true believers”: they understand what is at stake and their sacred Honor cannot be compromised.
I know this is a great task but you have to start at the beginning with a firm reliance on Divine Providence. Everything will revolve around your ACE. Information gathering, communications, operational security and the function of the ACE as outlined above are all necessary components to fighting evil. Trust in the Lord and pray for guidance.

Poland seizes Russian embassy school building in Warsaw
WARSAW: Poland on Saturday said it had seized a high school building near Moscow’s embassy in Warsaw meant for the children of diplomats, a move the Russian envoy called “illegal”.
The spat over the 1970s multi-storey building, nicknamed the “spy nest” by Warsaw citizens, has been going on for a year.
“This building belongs to the Warsaw City Hall,” Polish foreign ministry spokesman Lukasz Jasina told AFP, adding that the move followed a bailiff’s order.
The spokesman for the municipality was unavailable for comment.
Poland says there is a huge disparity in the number of diplomatic buildings each had in the other country.
“This is an illegal act. An intrusion on a diplomatic facility,” Moscow’s envoy, Sergei Andreyev, told the RIA Novosti news agency.
Andreyev said this was a “violation of Vienna’s convention of diplomatic relations.”
“Of course, there will be a reaction,” Andreyev said, adding that he did not want to give further details and that a decision will be made in Moscow.

The Poles were prepared to do almost anything to cement the relationship.”
Ukraine signals counteroffensive is near: What to know about the coming fight
Ukraine’s long-awaited counteroffensive is just around the corner, with top commanders and defense officials announcing Kyiv has nearly everything it needs to mount a successful attack on occupying Russian forces.
“Preparations are being finalized,” Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said at a news conference Friday, adding they were “mostly ready” for the offensive.
That followed remarks from NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg saying Ukraine is now in a “strong” position to retake occupied territory in the east after the bloc delivered 98 percent of promised combat vehicles to Ukraine, including some 1,550 armored vehicles and 230 tanks.
While the launch date of the offensive appears to be coming into focus, it’s unclear whether it will be as successful as previous Ukrainian operations.
What to make of this information? The announcement of an early May Ukrainian offensive attack to retake Crimea is strange. Why announce an attack? Especially when no one (including the CIA) believes Ukraine will be successful. So if the May offensive fails or does not happen, the war in Ukraine will either be over (possibly negotiated by China) or expanded by having Poland (NATO) enter the war.
Does it sound like a CIA plan to have Poland confiscate Russian diplomatic grounds at this point in time? Or do you think the leaked CIA conversation discussing Zelensky moving to his villa in Miami and opening a disco is more plausible?
There is too much money being transferred to the powers that be for this war to end. I believe we will see an expansion next week as the fabled Ukrainian offensive attack falls apart or does not happen. Or the attack may be a surprise NATO operation in Crimea as Russia has prepared for as the most likely course of action.

About 1 in 4 high school students identifies as LGBTQ, according to a report the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released on Thursday, using data from 2021.
In 2021, 75.5 percent of high school students identified as heterosexual, the CDC’s Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS) found.
Among high school students, 12.2 percent identified as bisexual, 5.2 percent as questioning, 3.9 percent as other, 3.2 percent as gay or lesbian and 1.8 percent said they didn’t understand the question.
The CDC says the number of LGBTQ students went from 11 percent in 2015 to 26 percent in 2021.
DONETSK, April 28. The number of civilians who were wounded in a Ukrainian strike on central Donetsk has risen to 17, the mission of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) to the Joint Control and Coordination Center (JCCC) for issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes said on Friday.
“As a result of a massive strike on central Donetsk, there are civilian casualties. According to preliminary data, seven people were killed in a minibus, and seventeen people were wounded,” it wrote on its Telegram channel.
The DPR’s acting head reported earlier that ten civilians had been wounded.
Earlier in the day, Ukrainian troops staged four shelling attacks on Donetsk. As many as 32 rockets were fired at the city from multiple rocket launchers. A source in the DPR law enforcement agencies told TASS that JROF-M high-explosive rockets were used by Ukrainian troops. The strikes targeted a medical trauma center, a park, and apartment blocks. One of the rockets hit a bus causing it to catch fire.

Kyiv cites first Russian missile strike in weeks; 17 killed in apartment strike.
Russian missiles fell on Kyiv early Friday, Ukrainian authorities said, the first direct attacks on the capital in weeks. Missile strikes across the country killed at least 19 people, including 17 in a single apartment building in the central city of Uman.
A post by the Ukrainian Armed Forces claims that the country shot down 21 Russian cruise missiles in the morning attack.
Ukrainian Gen. Serhiy Popko said in a Telegram post Friday that 11 missiles were shot down over the capital, along with two drones. He said it is the first attack on the city since March 9, and that no casualties were reported.
So much for the truth. A retaliatory strike by Russia for killing innocent people in the Donetsk is portrayed as a Russian attack against civilians. At least the Russians provided video footage. Did the Hill publish pictures of the “shelling of the AFU nationalists in the Kiev district, hits were recorded in the Olympic stadium”? I wonder why the Hill does not allow people to comment?
15 minutes since making the above graphic and the stock price of FRC is now $4.31 a share. The only people buying this stock are those speculating that its bones will be rewarded to a big bank at the taxpayers’ expense.
