A Better Use Of My Time
Everyone is so excited about the upcoming elections. My local newspaper is full of letters to the Editor endorsing candidates. Makes me laugh.
I have better things to do.

Some January 6 Protestors Could Face Life In Prison

A prosecutor in the case said the government could seek a life sentence for members of the Oath Keepers charged with seditious conspiracy
According to a letter from the U.S. Department of Justice, the individuals who have been charged with seditious conspiracy in the events of January 6 may face life in prison if they do not accept a plea deal from the government.
The letter was sent explicitly to members of the Oath Keepers, including group leader Stewart Rhodes. The U.S. Department of Justice charged eleven members of the group with various crimes, including seditious conspiracy, on Jan. 13.
In a letter obtained by American Greatness, the office of Matthew Graves, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia handling every prosecution related to the events, outlined the potential penalties for those charged with what is considered to be one of the most serious crimes in the United States.
The letter, written by the chief prosecutor in the case, Kathyrn Rakoczy, says, “We write to advise you of applicable penalties that could apply upon conviction at trial.” The letter was sent after Graves had set a May 6 deadline for all defendants to respond to plea deals offered in their respective cases.
After outlining the penalties for related charges, the prosecutor outlined the intent of the U.S. government concerning the seditious conspiracy charges.
“The United States takes the position that the most analogous offense to seditious conspiracy is ‘Treason,’” Rakoczy wrote. She noted that should a jury conclude that the conspiracy involved conduct considered “tantamount to waging war against the United States,” Rakoczy said the government could seek a life sentence for the defendants.
Rakoczy further threatened the defendants with a terrorism enhancement for any guilty verdict, which could carry up to 22 years in prison if convicted.

A Logical Error
Biden was not installed in the White House. He was selected illegally by Congress. The protest to delay the vote to validate his selection was labelled a riot even though the people were unarmed, let into the Capitol and then arrested as political prisoners.
Does Congressional approval of a fraudulent pResident constitute a coup of the Republic? Of course. The votes of the people to install a President of the Republic were corrupted and documented. If we had the rule of law, we would not be in this position.
Our course of action is clear regardless of the Ministry of Truth to suppress it. Never forget Bill Barr’s and Mike Pence’s collusion with this coup; both sides were complicit.

Just an Update on This Site
Insufficient Storage

Additionally, a 507 Insufficient Storage error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The above issue is the latest concerning the status of NCRenegade.com. Epik’s solution is clear my cache. I may have to move this site in the near future. Or the Ministry of Truth may take it down.
I know there are other options outside the US but they will not prevent the site from being attacked. Jim Stone has tried Iceland, India and is now trying servers in Brazil to stop his site’s attacks.
Just another day fighting evil.

Not the News
Joe Biden is a fraudulent puppet pResident. We are now in the second year of the coup and the news gets worse by the day. We do not even know who is in charge of this regime. I keep thinking about Mike Shelby’s statement that when the United States enters WWIII, this nation will be fighting to install globalism. Let that fact sink in: our nation will be fighting to install evil worldwide.
The time for Biden sex and mental illness jokes is over. We need to look in the mirror and decide if we will fight for evil or fight against evil. There will be no middle ground in this war.

North Korea Fires ‘Sub-Launched Ballistic Missile’; 15th Test This Year

Reuters reports that South Korean military officials are claiming that North Korea fired a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM).
Japan also said the projectile was a short-range ballistic missile. Defense Minister Nobuo Kishi said North Korea’s recent development in nuclear missile-related technology and repeated launches of ballistic missiles threatened the region and the international community.
“This is absolutely unacceptable,” he told reporters, adding that Japan will continue to “strengthen defense capabilities drastically” to protect its citizens from such security threats, in close cooperation with the United States, South Korea, and other allies.

Russia and North Korea have launched ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads this week. If you do not understand what this means, I suggest you read (or reread) Dr. Forstchen’s novel, One Second After.
