I must admit that when I was younger, I never would have thought that one of my major shopping outlets would be a feed store. Since it is getting to be the time to plant our gardens, I went shopping today and one of the seeds on my list was front and center next to the cash register. I picked up three packs of bush beans and the clerk promptly put two back: bush bean seeds are limited to one pack per family.

This is the February issue of the Monthly Child Rapes by Illegal Aliens in NC report. During the month of February 2022, we were able to document 27 illegal aliens who were charged with 84 separate acts of child rape/child sexual assault.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: March is Area Study & Assessment Month. Everything in preparedness and security planning should begin with an Area Study. I’m going to share with you my method of building an Area Study — both for my family/community and for clients.

Just like a special operations team needs intelligence before the next mission, our plans for preparedness and security need to be informed by local intelligence.

Your preparedness is, whether you realize it or not, based on your expectations of the future. If your expectations of the future are foggy, inaccurate, or missing important information, then what does that say about your preparedness?

The great thing about an Area Study is that it tells us exactly what we should be preparing for. It informs us of the local players, conditions, fault lines, assets, threats, vulnerabilities, opportunities and effects that will make or break our preparedness and security planning.

When it comes to preparedness and survival, I don’t have all the answers. And I’m not Rambo or James Bond. But I do know that I’ve gotten really good at building two things:

Targeting Packages and Area Studies.

Let me show you how to build an Area Study.

In the past, I’ve done Area Study Workshops in the classroom, taking students through the whole process. We reach a 50-80% solution in one day. And students are always amazed at how much they learn, even though they’ve lived in that neighborhood for years or decades.

But instead of doing another classroom course, this month I’m jumping online to lead students through each step of the Area Study & Assessment process, showing them exactly how and where to find information and what to make of it.

For four Tuesdays this month — the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th — I’ll spend two hours live and online with students in the Area Intelligence Course, showing them how I’m building an Area Study from scratch. (And, yes, these training sessions will be recorded and available 24/7 for streaming if you can’t catch them live.
