There is something evil afoot. That’s not a unique statement in these times, but it’s the first time I’ve made it. It’s the first time I’ve felt like the forces of evil were not just scattered bits that could and would be censored out of society by the sheer revolting nature of their suggestions. It used to be good enough, in America, that when you spoke of admiration for Hitler/Pol Pot/Mao, that most people would stop listening to you. It was a sort of rudimentary canceling of its own, a stumbling block to the evil that would come later.
The past forty years have seen a method of canceling the cancelers. In other words, if one spoke out against evil, they were canceled, shunned, ridiculed. This was brought about by the ability of far-left groups to get a stronghold in labor unions and use them first to normalize communist principles and later things like CRT. To most people in the unions, it was a little compromise for better wages, better health insurance. I never worked for a union and I had both of those things my whole life, but unions sold themselves as the only means to secure better benefits. A little Marxism for better capitalism. It worked.
The minute federal workers were allowed to unionize, I knew it was downhill the rest of the way. Not because unions are bad, but because it allowed that “little Marxism” to flourish within the government apparatus, effectively putting Marxist sympathizers in charge of government services and they have leveraged that every step of the way down.
The principle of canceling the cancelers, having worked so well with unions, became a means of forcing radical change in society, driving critics back into the woods by social pressure with an agenda of societal destruction to pave the way for the new system. If one is to build a new building where an old building exists, one must first tear down the old building, or, if it has historical value, build around it. This is what the Marxists have done, but now they claim that the building has no historical value or that its historical value is misguided and therefore unwarranted so they can do away with the canard and have all of the space for themselves and their policies.
Some forty years later, after the whole building of Marxism has surrounded and reduced the historical value of the Constitution, the Constitution can be done away with completely by labeling it as toxic. They now have the power to do much more devious and evil things.
Typically, I’m not the first one to jump on things like Covid. I never really believed it was the threat the Marxists in government claimed, because all of their solutions were communist in nature, i.e., revoking business licenses, revoking liquor licenses, locking down populations, requiring the use of badges of compliance (masks in this case) and vaccine passports.
It infuriates me that they are capable of manipulating the masses as easily as they do, but if Americans won’t claim their own freedom, no one can do it for them.
