Delayed??!! Yeah–right. FYI… in now way would a transition be delayed due to any type of bill being delayed or being held up. Any judge could and would swear in Trump at noon on the 20th of January–and the transfer of power would happen at that moment. There is NO constitutional means or legal excuse to delay a presidential transfer of power.
There could be a coup. There could be military intervention and of course this would open up the big bag of 2nd Amendment worms nation-wide on a massive scale. Please Jesus, pretty please.
