Putin may be many things, yet he is not a fool.
I call BS. If Putin were to agree to that, it would be Russian defeat. Russia will get total unconditional surrender from Ukraine and nothing less. Total Ukrainian disarmament. Odessa and Karkov will become Russia again. If not, then why did Russia fight?
Good idea but not practical, nor will the OBiden admin allow it.
Putin’s idea of “negotiating” is “give me everything i demand and we have a deal” no room for compromise, no “give and take” his is an “all or nothing” method of “negotiating”. kind of like the Japanese on the U.S.S. Missouri in 1945
Clearly you never read the Minsk agreements 1 and 2. Agreed and signed then violated by America-NATO and Ukraine.
Nor the several diplomatic efforts for the past almost 3 years.
All violated by England and America.
Why SHOULD Putin accept that WE CAN negotiate in “Good Faith”?
