Race in America — Part II

Many Blacks hate, or at best resent white people. We hear the term white supremacy thrown around like a hand grenade by the race baiters. It seems that blacks en masse never notice that they have been provided more opportunities in the United States than in any other nation in the world. If blacks think they are being ill-treated here—perhaps they should take a peek into a National Geographic magazine or look on the internet at the plight of their brethren in Africa. Genocide in tribal conflicts, disease, poverty, illiteracy, and starvation are commonplace in much of sub-Saharan Africa. Of the twenty poorest countries in the world, the top ten are located in sub-Saharan Africa. The poorest black people in America are still light years ahead of their African brethren regarding health care, income, material possessions, and government assistance. Rarely does a black American expatriate to Africa: Thailand, Costa Rica, New Zealand maybe—but they don’t want to return to their ancestral home. Many American blacks flaunt their African heritage—but, they are as physically aligned with their African brethren as East is to West.

From the shoes on their feet to the television sets they own, and everything in between, blacks who despise white Europeans have them to thank for their toys. Without the intervention (and inventions) of colonialism in Africa (for good or bad), sub-Saharan Africa would still be stuck in the Stone Age. The en masse contributions of the black race to human civilization have been largely unremarkable and quite frankly, completely negligible (sports and rap music are not contributions). Yes, there have been and are brilliant blacks who have contributed to the arts and sciences—but, when considering the entire black community, they are as rare as valuable pearls in fresh water.

Time after time: Detroit, Watts, Newark, Los Angeles, Cincinnati, and now Ferguson we see that rioting and looting (stealing) is just one excuse away. The liberal elite contend that we just need to be: more compassionate, provide more opportunities, expend more money, and give the black masses more time. But nothing ever seems to change no matter the efforts or the drain on the taxpayers.

We tend to look at the inner cities in our country and wonder at the savage murders and crime. We only need to look at Africa and realize it is merely an inbred way of life. The only thing that has changed in 200, 2,000, or 200,000 years is the weapons used. Poverty, misery, illiteracy, and lack of morality represent the corporate legacy of the black race. How can we logically expect a different result in America?

America and its people have done everything conceivable to atone for our role in slavery. At some point we need to acknowledge that efforts to bring blacks into the mainstream of American society simply have not, are not, and will not work. To be separate is not that difficult—being equal is based on self-initiative, self-discipline and a desire to improve one’s lot in life—these are key elements of the human psyche which cannot be mandated by any government. Asian, Indian, and other minority immigrants who come to America and then have to learn our language seem to routinely achieve—so why are so many blacks stuck in misery and poverty?

Everything is about race—never about circumstances brought on by one’s personal behavior. Logic, truth, and the actual circumstances which cause a black to be handled roughly by police is never a consideration. The fact that he had fifteen prior arrests and was trying to sell crack to a five year old is not germane. People are sick of all the nonsense—that is why Trump has hit a nerve. Folks are simply fed up of supporting people only to see them loot and burn to show their appreciation to the taxpayers.

The unspoken question is: Can a group of people who were taken out of the stone-age jungles of Africa to be used as slave labor be augmented into an advanced majority white society? One hundred fifty years of American history would indicate—no, the majority cannot. Allowing two minorities of our citizens (blacks and Muslims) to dictate national policy is self-defeating and will only serve to further inflame racial tensions and bring about even more racially motivated carnage. America is being destroyed by Americans—unless and until we acknowledge that fact and deal with it in a meaningful way—our nation is destined for perdition.

I wonder what the outcome would have been if the government had not intervened in the destruction of the black family structure with social engineering and abortion.

Honestly, David, I don’t think there would have been much of a difference. As Bill has observed in his article, even where negative social intervention has not been an issue, the reality of self-defined black society has, in every case, been rather grim — “We only need to look at Africa and realize it is merely an inbred way of life. The only thing that has changed in 200, 2,000, or 200,000 years is the weapons used. Poverty, misery, illiteracy, and lack of morality represent the corporate legacy of the black race.” We may not understand the causes or even all the implications behind this bit of truth, but I believe that we can continue to ignore and deny it only at our own peril.

I don’t hate anyone, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t make a reasonable examination of the facts and circumstances in choosing who I rightly ought to socialize with, share community with, or otherwise confer my trust upon. When I encounter someone, it’s not their skin color that causes me to act with caution — however their attitude, their mode of dress and behavior, their choice of language, and the company they keep are all reasonable indicators to which I pay very close attention.

The key here is “reasonable indicators”. That is, these are all plain evidence of the choices which a person (or people) are making in their life; they are ‘reasonable’ because they can be assessed by the use of reason, as opposed to bias or emotion, and they are ‘indicators’ in the analytical sense, using the common form of
Where (A) and (B), then (C) such that A and B are reasonable indicators of fact C. Or, in context, “Where I hear rap music blasting and see underwear purposefully exposed above the pants by a group of young men, then I have good cause to assume that I am not welcome.”

This isn’t racism; I’m not denying them anything. It’s simply me practicing non-intervention, by not putting myself where I’m not welcome.

But very little of black society abides in reason. The majority of blacks, and therefore their culture as a whole, are driven by simple tribalism and the adjutant mistrust, jealousy, and superstition regarding “others”. Since “whites” represent the major “other” influence to which they are exposed, all of the blame for their problems is targeted at us.

Race baiters such as Jesse jackson and Al Sharpton don’t create this tribalistic distrust of others, it is inherent to the black condition. What the race baiters have made themselves experts at is agitating and exciting this irrational component of the black psyche, and focusing it into a violent force.

Nor am I saying that blacks are the only people who have tribalist impulses; we all do, to varying degrees. But in the US, blacks make the tribalist mentality the defining component of their “community” and the driving force behind all of their social interactions. Such behavior is in direct opposition to the sustainability of a diverse community, and will, in fact, destroy any hope of effective integration, as we have plainly seen in so many instances.

This is the choice they are making — they are choosing tribalism over integration.

They choose not to abide the common standards of law, custom, and courtesy. They choose to make themselves different by their use of language, and the names they take, and their mode of dress and behavior. In all these and many other ways, they choose to set themselves apart;
THEY CHOOSE TO BE SEPARATISTS.

And then they blame us for accpting their choice.

The simple fact is that the majority of blacks cannot obtain “equality” because they refuse to accept the definition of the word itself — to their popular notion, “equality” is all about getting ‘free stuff’ for themselves, and obtaining a social status which exempts them from some or all of their social obligations.

What equality is really about is the exact opposite — it’s about all of us being voluntarily bound to the same standards of conduct, and about contributing to the community such that we improve the lives of those who come after us.

Equality requires each of us to balance our own needs, desires, and expectations with those of the community as a whole; and that is exactly what the majority of blacks refuse to do. So in the end, it’s not about “race” at all — it’s about personal choices, and respecting the consequences of those choices. Period.

Spot on, LT. Unfortunately, your assessment doesn’t leave us much room to expect conditions to improve. In fact, I expect they are going to get worse, much worse.
