Until the FBI stops holding a college education as a job requirement and goes back to recruiting REAL cops nothing will change.

Real cops? Never happen. To be a real cop, you have to be part of the community which you serve. The Famous But Incompetent has never, in my experience in dealing with them, has demonstrated ANY attachment to the local community.
They will use local LEOs to further their own agenda but deliberately withhold information crucial to a criminal investigation. One only has to look at the Keystone Cops tactics of the Miami Shootout to understand their mindset. The FBI is a powerful, frightening, and corrupt organization. Avoid them at all costs.
