Young Rittenhouse should never have been prosecuted in the first place. Self-defense is not a crime. Rittenhouse should never have been charged with a crime, as was self-evident from the videos obtained of the events on the evening of the alleged crime. It is the so-called “prosecutor” that needs to be arrested and prosecuted: for the false arrest and imprisonment of the accused; for the malevolent and unprofessional character assassination of the accused; for the contemptible, prejudiced and malicious treatment of the accused; and for general malfeasance in performance of his lawful and constitutional duties.
