In my opinion, Russia would not carry out a nuclear attack. However the current regime in Washington DC would launch an attack on us and blame it on Russia. Neocons including Liz Cheney, Tom Tillis, Richard Burr, Nikki Haley, Lindsay Graham, etc. would be all be on board with it.
