You bet and file articles of impeachment against every judge, state or federal involved in this lawfare.

I got chills up my spine while I heard her talking. We are seeing something that will be extremely historic. And an answer to prayers! Praise God!

Rep Hageman is one of the very few representatives that is not corrupt or criminal.

Excellent reasons why President Trump should tell SCOTUS and the other courts to pound sand when Article 2 is threatened, as President Jackson did so very well..

Require a security bond by these people suing in federal court. See Karl Deninger article posted today.

I’ve no issue with that idea as a deterrent (and it is legally sound, so far as that goes). Denninger had already raised that point a couple of weeks ago in another post, in fact. That said, these injunctions and cases shouldn’t exist to begin with. These judges need to be told to piss off in no uncertain terms, and then impeachment proceedings need to be brought against them all to reinforce the fact that play time is over.

Rep. Hageman’s explanation makes it clear that these judges have overstepped their constitutional authority and must be beaten back within the limits of their power. This was always the case, of course. It’s just that it has been conveniently ignored, allowing leftist judges to screw up the agenda of a Republican president. And the Republicans, for their part, have simply bent over and taken it every time. That has to stop right now.

The precedent and expectation needs to be created that activist judges will be promptly kicked out on their asses. Once that has been achieved, dealing with these black robed punks who step out of line in the future will be far easier, as there will be no shock value left to doing so. Consider how impeachment of the president is now thought of as a joke, since they did it to Trump twice for false and stupid reasons. Impeaching a lousy judge should draw a yawn from the public at large if it happened as frequently as it needed to.

The first few that get done will undoubtedly invoke screams of anguish from the left, so let’s get on with it, so the left can move quickly past the grief and onto the acceptance stage. Doing so will also reduce the number of such arrogant little turds trying to roadblock the president, since I’m certain most value their pay and benefits too much to jeopardize them by trying to get cute from the bench.

RE: Security Bond

What amount should be such bond?
A set amount? A percentage of the asked amount?
Such bond requirement limited to ex facie lawsuits?
Who decides what is, or isn’t, ex facie?
Limited by class of plaintiff? I. e. Special interest group as plaintiff.
Limited by class of defendant? I. e. County or Parish Sheriff, Federal executive as defendant.

Isn’t access to judicial system expensive enough already?
I’d rather a cursory review made by panel of ALJ, than a prohibitively costly bond.
