Sheriff Blocks Feds From Harassing Raw Milk Farmer: “Stem the Tide of Federal Overreach”

sheriff-vs-FDA

While many are still reeling from the outrageous shooting of LaVoy Finicum, and the aftermath of the Oregon standoff and arrest of patriots linked to it, there are other battles against the feds taking place across the country.

Much less attention was paid to Sheriff Brad Rogers, of Elkhart County in Indiana, who just successfully concluded his own showdown with federal officials from the FDA. The scenario was quite different, but the principals involved strike a similar chord – burdensome overreach and tyranny on the part of the federal government and its swarm of agents.

As activists have seen in many other cases, the FDA has gone after raw milk farmers and raw food proponents with frightening force – carrying out SWAT raids, trumped up arrests and destruction of food – all with no valid reason, and plenty of appearance of outright harassment.

Sheriff Rogers investigated a complaint from a constituent farmer and found that he sided with his case – there was no justified cause for invasive inspections happening repeatedly since 2011 every couple of weeks.

Basically, they were just looking for a reason to shut the farmer down, and Rogers put a stop to it.

Off The Grid News reports on this inspiring development, and its implications for a winning strategy against what is going on in this country:

Image the outcome if the Sheriff in Oregon had fulfilled his oath and duty to the people. It is almost a certainty LaVoy would be at home with his wife and family.

This is a most welcomed development.

the work around is stupidly simple….lable raw milk…

FOR USE IN CHEESE PRODUCTION ONLY
NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
Raw milk may contain bacteria which can cause
illness or death.
DO NOT DRINK THIS PRODUCT RAW

what the customer does with it at home is his business

Finally a Sheriff with balls to tell the Feds to get out of his county. 3,500 Sheriffs around this country can tell the Obama Admin to go jump in a creek.

Sheriff Brad Rogers is THE BEST Sheriff. And yes, Tim Benner is right. County Sheriffs could stop much of the federal overreaching. The office of County Sheriff is one of the most important in the Country. Yet few Americans understand this. If they would only put effort into recruiting and supporting a competent man with knowledge of the Constitution AND a spine to that office -- we would be sitting pretty -- no matter what the feds did. Sheriff Richard Mack also understands this.

I was raised on RAW cow’s milk as a child and RAW cream for homemade ice cream, and used raw goat’s milk as an adult.

Xtron. Look at the statistics. Its something like 0-1% of natural milk causes sickness or death. There is nothing wrong with the consumption or sale of this milk or cheese. Ok.

Milk is basically liquid meat… Raw 0r pasteurised, the government has been more than accommodating for many many years, with dairy farmers for having and paying for milk to be delivered to every school in the country, public or private… And since they do should have a say in the matter…. More welfare queen activity, on the part of big business…

Jim can you show where in the Constitution that it states the government has the legal authority to regulate milk?
